About

Overview

Deadly Delivery is a survival horror game set in a post-apocalyptic world where food has run out. You play as a delivery worker who dives into underground sewers, fights through monster-filled dungeons, and hauls food back to the surface — losing everything you collected if you die. This guide covers how to get started, how to survive deeper floors, and what the badge requirements tell you about where the game is pushing you.

How a run works

Summary
In short Every run is a loop of descending, collecting food, and deciding when to leave — death wipes everything you found.

Each time you drop into the sewers you are on a run. You explore floors, pick up food and other items, and at certain points the group votes on whether to push deeper or evacuate to the surface. If you die before evacuating, every item and coin you gathered on that run is gone. Making it back alive is the only way to keep what you found.

  • Run one full trip underground, from descent to evacuation or death
  • Evacuation leaving the sewers safely; your loot is only secure after this
  • Vote the moment the group decides to go deeper or head back
  • Floor a numbered level underground; higher numbers mean more danger
  • Food the core resource you collect and bring back
  • Loot all food, items, and coins gathered during the run

Getting started

Step
In short Grab your free code rewards first, finish the tutorial, and stay on shallow floors until you understand how the vote works.

Before your first real run, redeem any active codes — tap the gear icon in the top-left, type the code exactly as shown, and hit Redeem. The weapons and healing items you receive will make early floors much easier. Then complete the tutorial to learn the basic controls before you go anywhere dangerous.

  1. Redeem codes open the gear icon, enter the code, and press Redeem to collect free weapons and healing items
  2. Finish the tutorial cover movement, item use, and how to flee before entering a real floor
  3. Check your inventory make sure you are carrying a flashlight and at least one healing item before descending
  4. Learn the map edges spend your first runs near the entrance so you always know the way back
  5. Vote to evacuate early when the group votes, choose to head back while you are still comfortable; you can always go deeper next run

Teamwork and the vote system

Tips
In short The evacuation vote is where most runs are won or lost, so speak up and revive teammates whenever you safely can.

When you are playing with others, the vote to continue or evacuate is one of the most important moments in any run. A single bad call in the wrong direction wipes the whole squad's loot. Reviving a downed teammate keeps your team at full strength and also works toward the Second Chance badge. The No Man Left Behind badge — requiring a full squad to evacuate floor 35 with zero deaths — shows just how much the game rewards coordinated play.

Tips worth knowing
  • Revive downed teammates whenever the surrounding area is clear — the run stays stronger with everyone alive
  • Solo runs bypass the vote entirely
06

Food collection and badge targets

Table
In short Food totals across many runs stack toward major badges, so consistent safe evacuations beat risky attempts at bigger hauls.

Several badges track cumulative food evacuated across all your runs, not just one. Grocery Runner asks for 100 foods evacuated in total; Stockpiler for 500; Supply Master for 2,500; and The Whole Farm for 10,000.

Grocery Runnerevacuate a cumulative 100 foods
Stockpilerevacuate a cumulative 500 foods
Supply Masterevacuate a cumulative 2,500 foods
The Whole Farmevacuate a cumulative 10,000 foods
07

NPC rescues and daily tasks

Tips
In short Rescuing unique NPCs and completing daily tasks are steady side goals that give you something to work toward on every run.

While food is the main objective, the badge list reveals two other progress tracks worth keeping in mind. NPCs can be found and rescued inside the dungeon: the badges ask for 1, 5, 10, and 15 unique rescues, so look for them on every run rather than ignoring them. Daily tasks also stack up — 12 completed tasks earns the Dedicated Employee badge.

Tips worth knowing
  • Check each floor for NPCs and rescue them when it is safe; unique rescues count toward four separate badges
  • Complete daily tasks each session rather than saving them up; 12 total are needed for the badge
08

Floor 35 goals for experienced players

Warn
In short The hardest badges all require reaching floor 35 without skips, so do not attempt them until you can evacuate floors 10, 20, and 30 reliably.

Once you can consistently clear the earlier floor milestones, floor 35 opens up a set of serious challenges. Speedrun I requires evacuating floor 35 in under 60 minutes with no skips; Speedrun II cuts that to 45 minutes; Speedrun III to 30. Untouchable requires reaching that same floor without dying at all. No Man Left Behind demands a full squad evacuation with zero deaths. These are long-term targets, not things to chase on your first few sessions.

Worth watching out for
The no-skip rule on every floor 35 badge means you cannot use the level 40 start option begin from the top
Untouchable and No Man Left Behind both require zero deaths, so a single mistake ends the attempt for the whole group

What the July 2026 update added

Summary
In short The most recent update added Void Levels, a new entity, and exclusive cosmetics, plus the ability to start at level 40.

The update released on July 24, 2026 introduced Void Levels as a new area for deeper exploration, along with a new entity called the Eye Vine that you will encounter there. Two cosmetic additions came with it: Void Skins and an exclusive mutation called Eclipse. The Summer Skin Event was also extended through July 31, 2026. A level 40 start option is now available, though note that it disqualifies you from the no-skip badges on floor 35.

  • Void Levels new — deeper area added in the July 24, 2026 update
  • Eye Vine new entity — found inside Void Levels
  • Void Skins new cosmetic — tied to the Void Levels content
  • Eclipse new cosmetic — exclusive mutation added in the same update
  • Level 40 start new option — skips early floors but blocks floor 35 no-skip badges

Common questions

FAQ

Can I play alone?

Yes, the game supports solo play. When you are alone, the evacuation vote does not apply — you make the call yourself on when to head back.

What happens when I die?

Every item, food, and coin you picked up during that run is lost.

Does starting at level 40 affect my badges?

Yes. The Speedrun, Untouchable, and No Man Left Behind badges all require evacuating floor 35 with no skips, so using the level 40 start option disqualifies you from earning any of them on that run.

How do I unlock the floor 35 deathless badges?

You need to reach and evacuate floor 35 starting from the beginning — no skips allowed. For Untouchable, no one on your team can die. For No Man Left Behind, your full squad must evacuate alive with zero deaths between all of them.
