First steps when you load in

How the three upgrades work

Each upgrade solves a different problem.
Your cash from selling crystals can go into three upgrades. Warmth is needed because the top of the mountain is cold. Upgrading your pickaxe raises mining speed. Expanding your backpack lets you carry more crystals.

Most progress blocks come down to one of four things.
If crystals are coming in slowly or you keep getting stuck partway up the mountain, run through this list. A full backpack means you cannot pick up anything new until you sell.
- Warmth is low enough that higher ground is cutting your movement short.
- Pickaxe is under-upgraded, making each crystal take much longer to collect.
- Backpack is full, so new crystals cannot be picked up.
- Cash is too low to afford the next upgrade.

Your warmth upgrade is too low for the altitude you are trying to reach. Sell whatever crystals you are carrying, put the cash into warmth, and try the climb again.
Do I need to spend Robux to progress?
No. Selling mined crystals is the only income source you need, and every upgrade in the game is reachable with that cash alone.
What happens when my backpack is full?
You cannot pick up any more crystals until you sell what you are carrying.
