The core loop

Everything in the game revolves around three numbers: crossings, deaths, and accumulated distance. Each one unlocks something, so every run counts even when you get flattened.
- Reach the other side make it across the road and the 'you crossed the road!' badge is yours on your first successful crossing.
- Die a lot on purpose every 1,000 deaths adds 1,000 to your shop balance, so getting hit is never wasted.
- Chase the distance milestone your total distance traveled carries over between runs; hit one million accumulated distance and a badge unlocks.
- Spend at the shop head to Go Shop Shrek once your balance builds up and put those death-earned funds to use.

- Find and enter the little room hidden somewhere in the field for 'Little Room'.
- Track down the room containing the book of the silly people for 'the book of the sillys'.
- Visit the UFO crash site added in the UFO Update to unlock 'Bogos Binted? Vorp.'

Several badges are tied to specific characters or objects in the field.
- Meet the Crazy Cat Lady somewhere in the field to unlock 'Wher' Ma Cat?!?!!'.
- Get hit by Gordon to unlock 'hello gordon'.
- Get hit by bullet beeil to unlock 'WHAT IS THAT??!'.
- Find and blow up the TV to unlock 'Zzzt!'.
- Click one of the Whiskas objects to unlock 'Meow Meow'.
- Wait around for a server event to trigger — witnessing one unlocks 'Ooooopaaaa'.
Badges that come on their own
TipsThese badges do not need any detour from your normal runs.
- Joining the game for the first time unlocks 'You joined!' immediately.
- Dying for the first time unlocks 'club penguin is kil'.
- Getting launched very high into the air unlocks 'to the moon!'.
- If a developer happens to be in your server, meeting them unlocks 'Hello Mr Developer'.
- Paying to put your name on the billboard unlocks 'Stonks' — spend your death-earned balance at the shop to do it.
