The basic serving loop
Step
Every round follows the same pattern. Nail it consistently and the stars and rank points add up quickly.
- Read the order check exactly which syrups and toppings the customer wants before touching anything.
- Blend the syrup select the right syrup and run the mixer until it is fully blended.
- Add toppings place or shake on every topping the order calls for, matching it precisely.
- Serve the sundae hand it over to receive a score, stars, and a Customer Award rating.
- Collect your paycheck at set intervals the game pays you.

Customer Awards and the food critic
Check
After each serving, customers hand out a Bronze, Silver, or Gold Customer Award. Mr. Moneybags, the food critic, shows up too — impress him and he gives you a Chest.
- Earn 15 Bronze Customer Awards to unlock the Repeat Customers badge.
- Earn 10 Silver Customer Awards to unlock the Silver Medal badge.
- Earn 15 Gold Customer Awards to unlock the Golden Standard badge.
- Earn a Gold Award from every single customer to unlock Go For Gold!
- Earn 1 Chest from Mr. Moneybags for the Critically Acclaimed badge.
- Earn 5 Chests from Mr. Moneybags for the Award Winning Sundaes badge.
Upgrade shop
Tips
The shop sells upgrades that speed up your workflow, including auto-pour, blender boosts, and ring alarms. Clearing it out completely is a long-term goal with a badge reward.
- Buy all mixer upgrades to unlock the Mixing Gear badge.
- Buy everything in the shop to unlock the Spending Spree badge.
- Your first paycheck unlocks the Payday!!! badge.
- Reach four separate paydays to unlock the Month's Pay badge.
Hats and topping collections
Check
The game has 56 hats in total. Premium and developer-exclusive hats do not count toward the full-collection badge. Toppings split into three types, each with its own badge.
- Wear any hat while serving a customer to unlock Hat's On!
- Unlock 20 hats to earn the Hat Collector badge.
- Unlock every non-premium, non-developer hat to earn The Full Collection badge.
- Collect every shaker topping to earn the Shaker Collection badge.
- Collect every placeable topping to earn the Placeables Collection badge.
- Collect every mixing syrup to earn the Syrup Collection badge.

- A rating given after each serving — Bronze, Silver, or Gold — based on how accurately you matched the customer's order.
- Mr. Moneybags
- A food critic customer who rewards high-quality sundaes with Chests instead of the usual Customer Award.
- Paycheck
- A currency payout the game gives you at regular intervals.
- Placeable topping
- A topping you place directly on top of the sundae, as opposed to shaking it on.
- Shaker topping
- A topping applied by shaking it over the sundae rather than placing a physical piece.
- Mixing syrup
- A flavored syrup blended into the sundae base using the mixer before toppings are added.

Do I need to buy premium items to complete the hat collection badge?
No. The Full Collection badge only requires every hat that is not premium or developer-exclusive, so the standard unlockable hats are all you need.
What does Mr. Moneybags actually do?
He is a food critic who visits like a regular customer but rewards you with a Chest for a high-quality sundae instead of a standard Customer Award. Collecting five Chests from him earns the Award Winning Sundaes badge.
When do I get my paycheck?
Paychecks arrive at set intervals during play. Your very first one unlocks the Payday!!! badge, and reaching four separate paydays unlocks Month's Pay.
