Cars VS Bikes
The two sides and what each one does
TableEvery match puts players on one of two sides. Cyclists must stay alive and avoid cars for the duration of the round. Car drivers must hunt down cyclists and knock them off their bikes.
| Cyclist | stay on your bike and avoid being hit by cars |
| Car driver | chase cyclists around the map and crush them |
| Both sides | boost pads scattered across the map give a temporary speed increase to whoever rides over them |
Staying alive as a cyclist
TipsWhen you are on a bike you are faster and harder to pin down. The moment you fall off, you are on foot and easy to catch, so getting back on a bike quickly is the single most important thing you can do. Knowing where boost pads sit means you can grab extra speed the moment a car closes in.
- If you fall off your bike, immediately look for another one on the map and get on it before a car reaches you.
- Memorise the locations of boost pads so you can dart over one when a car is on your tail.
- Use tight spaces like corners of buildings and narrow gaps where cars struggle to follow.
Hunting cyclists as a car driver
StepSpeed is your main weapon, and boost pads make you faster, so learn where they are just as a cyclist would.
- Use boost pads drive over them to close the gap when a cyclist is pulling away.
- Coordinate if other car players are nearby, spread out to block multiple escape routes at once.

Some rewards come through the free track, which everyone can access just by playing. Others are locked to the premium track, so those require purchasing the upgrade.
Do boost pads work for both cyclists and car drivers?
Yes. Any player who rides or drives over a boost pad gets a temporary speed increase, so both sides can use them.
