How a match works
Summary
Every match pits up to 20 players against each other in an arena. You throw poop at enemies to deal damage and shove them off the edge; once a player flies off the platform, they are out. The arena itself changes shape as the match goes on.

Six badges and what they tell you to do
Step
There are six official badges, and they mark every major stage of progression. The first three come naturally in your opening sessions; the Aura badges are where the real challenge begins.
- Join any match the Welcome! badge unlocks the moment you enter a game
- Die for the first time the First Death badge unlocks; getting eliminated is part of learning
- Score your first kill the First Kill badge unlocks once you knock out another player
- Reach 100 Aura the 100 Aura badge unlocks; the game says you are locking in
- Reach 1,000 Aura the 1,000 Aura badge unlocks; a sign you have put in real time
- Reach 10,000 Aura the 10,000 Aura badge unlocks; the developers call this truly insane, so treat it as a long-term goal

As you progress you unlock new poops, each with its own abilities. More unlocks mean more options for how you fight.

Aura and skin customization
CheckThe game lets you change both your Aura and your skin to adjust how your character looks. Aura also doubles as the stat the 100, 1,000, and 10,000 badges track.

- Your skin can be swapped out independently of your Aura

Glossary- Poop (character)
- The character you play as in a match, each one having its own set of abilities.
- Arena
- The platform where matches take place; its shape and layout change while the match is running.
- Aura
- A value that grows as you play, tracked by three of the six official badges, and also used to customize your character's appearance.
- Knockout
- Sending an opponent off the edge of the arena so they are eliminated from the round.
