Three roles and what each one does

When you load in, you choose one of three roles before anything else. Each role gives you a different experience on the same map.

Getting started the right way
Step
The game does not hand you full access straight away. The tutorial must be completed before features like the promo code system become available.
- Launch the game follow the on-screen guidance to learn the basics of driving
- Choose your role pick Bus Driver, Patrol Officer, or Citizen
- Finish the tutorial completing it unlocks the code system
- Open the Store tap or click the Store button on the left side of the screen
- Select the Codes tab find it at the top of the Store menu
- Enter your code type it exactly into the Enter Promocode box and press Redeem to collect your cash

Glossary- Cash
- The in-game currency you earn by completing runs and spend on buying or upgrading buses.
- Promo code
- A special code you enter in the Store that rewards you with cash instantly.
- Redeem
- The button you press after typing a promo code to claim its reward.
- Tutorial
- The introductory driving lesson that runs when you first start the game; finishing it unlocks the code system.
- Upgrade
- Swapping your current bus for a higher-capacity or better-performing one using your saved cash.
Common questions
FAQCan I enter a promo code straight away when I join?
No — the code system is locked until you complete the tutorial. Work through it first, then head to Store and select the Codes tab.
Can I use the same promo code more than once?
Each code can only be redeemed once per account. Many codes also have expiry dates, so enter any code you find as soon as you can.
Does my role affect whether I can use promo codes?
No — codes are redeemed through the Store, which is separate from your chosen role. As long as the tutorial is done, any role can use the code system.
What makes my payout go down during a run?
Harsh braking and collisions reduce your reward at the end of a run.
