How a case works

Step
In short Every case is a race to get a confession inside ten questions.

When you start a case, you sit across from a suspect and type whatever you want to ask. The AI plays the suspect live, answering in real time. Your job is to find the crack in their story before you use up all your questions.

  1. Check answers against evidence when something the suspect says does not match the file, you have found a contradiction.
  2. Push too hard, and they shut down. Go too easy, and they keep lying.
  3. You have 10 questions. Get a confession, or they walk free.

Managing your ten questions

Warn
In short Ten questions is a hard limit.

Ten questions is a hard limit. If the suspect has not confessed by the time you exhaust them, they walk free and the case is marked failed.

Worth watching out for
Pushing too aggressively causes the suspect to shut down and stop giving useful answers.
Going too easy lets the suspect keep lying without any pressure to crack.
03
