How to play as a hider

Step
In short Your only job as a hider is to stay hidden until time runs out.

When a round starts, you have a short window to find a hiding spot before seekers begin their search. If a seeker finds you, you switch to the seeker side for the rest of the round, so surviving the full timer is the win condition.

  1. Pick your morph transform into a Brainrot character using any morph you have unlocked.
  2. Stay hidden staying out of sight is the hider's win condition.

How to play as a seeker

Step
In short Seekers win by finding every hider before the timer expires.

Seekers use a knife to eliminate hiders. Once a hider is eliminated, they join the seeker team, so the hunter side grows as the round goes on. The round ends in a seeker loss if any hider survives the timer.

  1. Cover the whole map find all the hiders before time runs out.
  2. As eliminated hiders join you, the seeker team grows during the round.
03

Unlocking new morphs

Tips
In short Coins earned during play are the only way to unlock additional Brainrot morphs.

Every morph lets you transform into a different Brainrot character. More morphs mean more variety in how you play and how you look when hiding.

Tips worth knowing
  • Spend coins to purchase morphs that are not available to you by default.
  • Once a morph is unlocked, you can switch to it freely in future rounds.
04

Playing in a full 16-player lobby

Warn
In short A full lobby makes popular hiding spots scarce and puts multiple seekers on the map at once.

Up to 16 players can be in a single game. When the lobby is full, hiders are competing with each other for the best spots, and seekers benefit from more pairs of eyes searching at the same time.

Worth watching out for
Well-known hiding spots fill up in a big lobby.
Multiple seekers can cover separate areas simultaneously.

Common questions

FAQ

What happens if seekers don't find every hider before time runs out?

Any hider who survives the full timer wins the round. Seekers need to find all hiders to claim victory, so one survivor is enough for the hider side to win.

What happens to me after I get found as a hider?

You switch to the seeker team immediately and start helping hunt down the remaining hiders. You are still part of the round — just on the other side.
