The five growth stages

Summary
In short Every dragon passes through five stages, and reaching later stages unlocks wings for riding.

Feeding your dragon moves it through five distinct stages. Wings appear as your dragon matures, which is what opens up flying and scale collecting.

  • Hatchling the starting form right after the egg cracks.
  • Juvenile the second stage.
  • Adult the third stage.
  • Elder the fourth stage.
  • Apex the fully grown final stage.
03

Genes and chasing a perfect dragon

Tips
In short Every hatch rolls new gene values, so keep hatching the same species if you want the best possible stats.

Two dragons of the same species are never identical because each hatch rolls three gene values randomly.

Tips worth knowing
  • Each hatch rolls three genes: HP, ATK, and Egg — each landing somewhere between 0 and 6.
  • A perfect dragon scores 18 total across all three genes, meaning 6 in each.
04

Earning coins in the arena

Check
In short The arena runs two rings at once with no queue, so you can send your dragon to auto-battle whenever you like.

Send your dragon to the arena and it will fight automatically, earning you coins. Because two rings run at the same time, you never have to wait in line.

  • Your dragon fights on its own once it is sent.
  • Two rings operate simultaneously, so there is no queue to sit through.
  • Coins are earned as rewards.
  • Scales can also fly off dragons during combat.
05

Flying and collecting scales

Step
In short Winged dragons let you fly to sky islands, fill your satchel with scales, and trade them for instant coins at the Smelter.

Once your dragon has grown wings, you can mount it and take off toward the floating sky islands. Scales glitter across the islands and also fly off dragons in the middle of arena fights. Grab as many as your satchel holds, then return to the Smelter to convert them to coins right away.

  1. Only dragons that have grown wings can be flown.
  2. Sky islands float above the world and hold glittering scales.
  3. Pick up scales from the ground and from the air around fighting dragons.
  4. Return to the Smelter for an instant coin payout.
06

Upgrades

Tips
In short Several parts of your yard can be upgraded, and a second dragon slot can be unlocked.

Several parts of your yard can be upgraded over time.
