How a round works
StepAt the start of each round the theme appears on screen for Innocent players — the Imposter sees nothing. Everyone draws during the drawing phase, then all drawings are shown at once and players vote for who they think the Imposter is. The player with the most votes is eliminated as the Imposter.
- Check the theme Innocent players read the theme shown on screen before drawing starts.
- Draw finish your drawing before time runs out.
- Vote pick the player you think is the Imposter.
- Result the player with the most votes is called out as the Imposter.
Playing as an Innocent
TipsYour job is straightforward: draw the theme as clearly as you can, then use the voting phase to spot the one drawing that doesn't fit. Because all Innocents know the same theme, their drawings will share common elements — the Imposter's won't.
- During the voting phase, look for a drawing whose subject is completely different from everyone else's.
- Compare several drawings side by side before committing your vote.
Events running now or coming soon. They have fixed dates, so check them first.
Playing as the Imposter
WarnYou are not told the theme, but you can watch everyone else draw in real time during the drawing phase. Use what you see to guess the subject, then adjust your drawing to match. A drawing that looks completely unrelated to the others is the fastest way to get caught.
Spotting the Imposter during voting
CheckAll drawings are shown together during the voting phase, which gives you a chance to compare them at a glance. Look for the one that breaks that pattern.
- Check whether all drawings share a clear common subject the one that doesn't is suspicious.
- Notice if one drawing looks deliberately vague or rushed compared to the rest.
- Narrow your candidates down, then vote for the most suspicious one even if you aren't certain.
