🔪 You’ve been locked up in this facility masquerading as an Asylum for mysterious reasons! You can either choose to be an Orderly to protect the staff or a Patient to cause some mischief 😈
Beware though—the Orderlies will arrest you if you cause too much chaos!

As a patient, you can mop up spills or talk to Mitch to get Credits 💵

Playing normally is fine and leveling up feels rewarding, but the paid new roles EPU and Facility Director are both really strong, and as F2P you only get a tiny fraction of the Facility Director's effects (leveling is a must), so it feels a bit underwhelming. If you don't have the skills, you'll just get toyed with and killed early on.
