Overview

Rush To The Vet! puts you in a race to save an injured puppy — drive to the clinic, survive the check-in line, answer the vet's questions, and wait out the surgery. You can also flip the script and run the whole clinic yourself.

How a round plays out

Step

In short A full run moves through five stages in order.

Each round follows a fixed sequence from the moment you spawn to the moment your pet is saved. Up to 25 players share the same session.

Race to the clinic drive through traffic to reach the building.
Join the check-in line queue up at reception, which is designed to be a long wait.
Answer Dr. Woof's questions respond during the consultation to move forward.
Wait in the waiting room hang out while the surgery is completed.
Meet your saved pet once surgery is done, your pet joins you and follows you everywhere.

Tips

In short The game gives you two ways to skip past the slowest parts of a run.

The check-in line and the waiting room are both intentionally long. If you want to cut through either of them, options are available to do exactly that.

Tips worth knowing

You can skip the check-in line entirely rather than standing in it.
You can also skip the waiting period after your pet goes into surgery.

Chaos moves you can pull on other players

These moves shake up the session for everyone around you.

Bonk hit another player.
Bark blast a barking sound.

Playing as the vet

Summary

In short Switching to the vet role puts you in charge of the clinic instead of waiting in it.

Instead of rushing your pet to the clinic, you can choose to be the vet and run the whole operation yourself.

Glossary

Check-in line: The reception queue at the vet clinic, deliberately designed to be very long before you reach the consultation stage.
Mythic: The rarest tier of pet in the game, sitting at the top of the rarity scale above Common and all grades in between.
Dr. Woof: The in-game vet who asks you questions during the consultation phase of each round.

How many players can be in the same session?

Up to 25 players can join a single game room at once.

Do I have to wait through the whole line every time?

No — the game includes a way to skip the check-in line and a separate way to skip the post-surgery wait.

Can I play as the vet instead of a pet owner?

Yes. The vet role is a full alternative mode where you run the clinic. Both roles are available in the same game.

Do collected pets stay with me permanently?

Yes. Once you collect a pet it follows your character everywhere.
