First steps when you join

Step

The game drops you straight into town. Getting your job, roleplay name, and group lined up together earns you the Productive Member Of Society badge.

Pick a role your job shapes what you do day-to-day in town.
Set a roleplay name you need this alongside your job and group for the Productive Member Of Society badge.
Join a group family, business, sports team, or gang all count.
Visit the Clothing Corner try on an outfit to earn the In Style badge.
Find your home once you have a place, you can start decorating and exploring from there.

Badges are tied to specific spots around town, so checking each location off your list is a natural way to explore everything. Some badges take more time, like shooting 1,000 hoops or spending an hour at Club Diamond.

Basketball court shoot a hoop for Two Points, then keep going until you reach 1,000 for Golden Hoops.
Sports areas score a field goal for That's The Kicker and a soccer goal for Messi Messi Messi.
Science Lab brew one potion for Science Lab, then brew every type for Mad Scientist; drinking the deadly one unlocks Wait Don't Drink That.
Movie theater and library watch every film for Film Critic and read every book for Bookworm.
Club Diamond stay for a full hour to earn Shine Bright Like A Diamond.
