Getting started as a new player
StepWhen you first load in, you choose a martial art — the fighting style your character uses. Each style has its own attack speed, range, and look, so pick one that appeals to you. After that, spend a few minutes in practice getting the feel for movement and blocking before jumping into matches against real players.
- Choose your martial art look at the attack styles on offer and pick one whose movement feels right to you.
- Learn the keys Q dashes (up to twice in a row), M1 punches, M2 breaks blocks, F blocks or perfect-blocks, and WW or E gets you running.
- Try blocking tap F just as a hit lands to land a perfect block, which opens the attacker up to a counter.
Controls at a glance
TableEvery key has a specific job in combat. Mixing them together is where real fights are won and lost.
| Key | What it does | Combat use |
|---|---|---|
| M1 | Punch / clash | Your main attack; output varies by martial art |
| M2 | Block break | Cracks a defending opponent open for follow-up hits |
| F | Block / perfect block | Tap at the exact moment of impact for a perfect block that leaves the attacker open |
| Q | Dash | Bursts you in a direction; usable twice before it resets |
| WW / E | Run / sprint toggle | Covers distance quickly |
| , | Waypoints | Useful for coordinating position with teammates |
Winning fights against other players
TipsFights in Asura reward players who adapt. Repeating the same string of attacks lets opponents predict you and block everything you throw. Every martial art has different speed and reach, so understanding what the person across from you is using helps you time your responses.
- Switch between M1 and M2 rather than spamming one — an opponent who blocks constantly is vulnerable to a block break.
- Time your F key precisely — a perfect block is more valuable than a regular one because it stuns the attacker.
- Watch your opponent's range — martial arts with longer reach punish you if you walk straight in.
- Change your attack patterns each exchange so you're harder to read.
Getting stronger through matches
SummaryYour martial art grows through match experience. Fighting a wide range of opponents exposes you to different styles and speeds up your understanding of the game.
- Opponent variety fighting different martial arts teaches you their patterns.
- Loss analysis after a defeat, identify which attack string beat you and figure out how to answer it next time.
- Style mastery learn every move your chosen martial art has.

Common questions
FAQHow do I find out about new updates?
The game's page links to the official community server. Joining it is the fastest way to hear about new martial arts, balance changes, and anything else the team patches in.
What should I do if I keep losing?
Check that your block timing is sharp and that you aren't wasting dashes. Then focus on watching what your opponent does just before they attack, so you can start predicting their moves instead of just reacting to them.
Are there working redeem codes?
