First steps when you load in

In short Getting comfortable with ODM movement and grabbing free rewards right away puts you in the best position from the start.

Before anything else, spend time learning how ODM gear moves — hooking, swinging, and slashing all need to feel natural before you take on harder content. Once you can move without thinking about it, open the code menu on the title screen and redeem any active codes for free spins, keys, and boost potions. After that, check which family your spins unlocked and decide on the playstyle you want to build toward.

  1. Practice ODM movement run through basic hook, swing, and slash combinations until the rhythm feels natural
  2. Open the code menu find it on the title screen and paste in any codes you have to collect free rewards
  3. Join the Roblox group doing this grants +5% XP and +5% Gold on everything you earn in-game
  4. Check your family look at the traits your spin gave you and pick upgrades that match those strengths
  5. Start early quests completing them earns XP and Gold you can spend on your first upgrades

Redeeming codes

Step
In short Codes are free and time-limited, so redeem them the moment you find them.

Codes hand out spins, Emperor's Keys, and XP potions at no cost. The process takes about ten seconds, but codes expire and each one can only be used once per account. New codes are announced on the developers' official Discord server and social channels.

  1. Open the code menu it is in the bottom-right corner of the title screen
  2. Paste your code type or paste it into the text box exactly as written
  3. Hit the redeem button your rewards land in your inventory immediately
  4. Check for new codes regularly they expire without warning and cannot be reused on the same account

Troubleshooting when you are stuck

In short Most roadblocks come down to gear grade, attack targeting, or a perk setup that does not fit your playstyle.

If titans are not taking much damage or you keep getting killed, go through this list before moving to harder content or spending resources on something new. The nape attack is the most common thing players miss — hitting anywhere other than the back of the neck deals far less damage.

  • Are you hitting the nape? Attacks on the back of the neck deal full damage; anywhere else is greatly reduced
  • Does your gear grade meet the difficulty requirement? Being under-graded cuts your damage significantly
  • Is your ODM level high enough? Low mobility means fewer safe attack windows and more damage taken
  • Are your perks suited to how you play? Aggressive and evasion builds need completely different perk choices
  • Do you have artifacts equipped? Unequipped artifacts give you nothing always keep them slotted

Raids and earning Shifter abilities

Summary
In short Raids are the path to gaining Shifter abilities.

The Raids game mode pits you against Shifters — powerful enemies that can transform into titans. Defeating a Shifter has a chance to drop a Serum, and using that Serum unlocks the ability to shift yourself.

  • Objective　defeat Shifters in the Raids mode to have a chance at a Serum drop
  • Serum use　consume a dropped Serum to permanently unlock the corresponding Shifter ability

Prestige system and what it unlocks

Step
In short Prestiging resets your level but keeps your important items, and each prestige rank opens new content that is otherwise locked.

When you hit the level cap, prestige becomes available. Your level, Gold, and skills reset, but your family, gear, and Serums carry over. At the prestige screen you pick one permanent bonus, and the bonus you choose stays with your account going forward. Repeating the process further unlocks trading features and new quest content.

  1. Hit the level cap prestige is not available until you reach the maximum level
  2. Choose your bonus pick from XP +15%, Gold +15%, or Luck +7.5%
  3. Confirm the reset your level, Gold, and skills clear, but family, gear, and Serums are kept
  4. Prestige 1 unlocks trading for cosmetics and basic items, plus access to the Thunder Spear quest
  5. Prestige 2 adds perk and artifact trading
  6. Prestige 3 opens trading for families and Serums, completing the full trade system

Glossary

Glossary
ODM gear
The device you use to hook onto surfaces and swing through the air, and the core movement system of the entire game.
Family
A character trait set that shapes your base stats and overall direction — unlocked through spins.
Perk
A special ability you attach to your character to define how you fight; different perks suit aggressive or evasive playstyles differently.
Artifact
An equippable item that raises your stats, with multiple slots available so you can stack several at once.
Spin
The random draw used to unlock families and other randomised content, similar to a gacha pull.
Shifter
A powerful enemy in Raids that can transform into a titan, and whose abilities you can steal by defeating it.
Serum
A rare drop from Shifters in Raids; consuming one unlocks that Shifter's transformation ability for your character.
Emperor's Key
An item used to unlock specific features or open certain locked containers in the game.
Prestige
A system where you voluntarily reset your level in exchange for a permanent stat bonus and access to new content.
Raids
A dedicated game mode where you fight Shifter bosses for rare rewards including Serums.
Nape
The back of a titan's neck, which is the weak point — attacks here deal full damage while hits elsewhere do far less.
