How the game works
StepYou and a friend form a pair before anything begins. From there, each round gives both of you the same question to answer on your own. After both answers are in, the game compares them and awards points based on how close they are. You work through several rounds like this, and your totals add up to a final score at the end.
- Pair up find a friend and start the game together as a two-player team.
- Answer independently each round, both of you respond to the same question without seeing the other's answer first.
- Get scored the closer your two answers are, the more points that round gives you.
- Finish all rounds keep going until every question is done, then check your combined final score.
Playing with a bigger group
TableThe game is designed for exactly two players at a time, so a bigger group needs to split into pairs. Once everyone has played, you can line up each pair's score against the others to see which duo matched up best.
| Two players at a time | the game pairs exactly one person with one other. |
| Rotating partners | swap who plays with whom so everyone gets a turn together. |
| Score comparison | stack each pair's final score against the rest to find the closest match in the group. |
Keeping it fun
WarnA low score does not mean you do not know your friend well. The game itself says not to take the results seriously.
