Each of the three unit types does something different.
At the start you choose whether to play as a jet, a boat, or infantry.

How island capture works
TipsIn short
Standing on an island claims it, and the more islands your team holds at once, the stronger your team becomes.
Islands are small pieces of land spread around the map. Owning more of them at the same time is what drives your team toward victory.
Tips worth knowing
- Your character needs to be standing on the island for your team to take control of it.
- Staying on the island keeps it under your team's control.
- Getting eliminated does not end your run; you can return to the same island or go for a different one as many times as the match allows.

Earning points and leveling up
Tips
In short
Kills and captures both feed your point total, and points stack up into a higher player level over time.
Points come from shooting down or defeating enemies and from capturing and holding islands. Your point total feeds a player level that climbs the more matches you play.
Tips worth knowing
- Taking out an enemy earns you points directly.
- Capturing an island adds to your team's overall point tally.
- Your player level and leaderboard rank both rise as you accumulate points across multiple matches.

Team play and role splitting

Splitting roles across jets, boats, and infantry at the same time is more effective than everyone rushing the same spot.
Up to 16 players split into two teams. A coordinated team can hold several islands at once.
Tips worth knowing
- Each character type has different strengths — jets in the air, boats on the water, infantry on islands.
- Multiple islands can be held simultaneously when teammates spread out and take on different roles.

Glossary- Capture
- The act of claiming an island for your team by having your character stand on it.
- Dogfight
- Air combat between jets, happening above the map.
- Infantry
- The ground-based unit type, armed for land combat and best at physically occupying islands.
- Respawn
- Returning to the match after being eliminated, which you can do as many times as needed until the match ends.

FAQDoes getting eliminated knock me out of the match?
No. You can return to the fight as many times as you like until the match is over.
