Duck Duck (Tag) is a multiplayer tag game on Roblox where players take the form of ducks and try to avoid being caught by a goose. Each round one side chases and the other flees, and the last duck still standing wins. This guide covers how rounds work, how to earn and spend Bread, and how to build out your duck's look over time.
In shortEvery round splits players into geese and ducks, and your job changes completely depending on which role you get.
When a round starts, players are divided into two roles: the goose, who chases, and the ducks, who run. A goose tags ducks to knock them out, and ducks do everything they can to stay alive until time runs out. The last duck that has not been tagged wins the round. Once the round ends, results are shown and the next round begins automatically.
Run or chaseif you are a duck, avoid the goose; if you are the goose, hunt down every duck.
Survive to the endducks that are tagged are eliminated, so keep moving and stay away from the goose.
In shortPlaying rounds consistently, finishing quests, and unlocking achievements are the three main ways to build up your Bread supply.
Bread is the currency that runs everything in Duck Duck. You earn some just by taking part in a round, but quests and achievements hand out larger amounts on top of that.
Participate in rounds to collect the baseline Bread payout.
Complete questscompleting a quest adds a Bread bonus on top of your round earnings.
Work toward achievements, which reward Bread when particular conditions are reached.
Spend Bread in the shop to unlock accessories.

Common questions
FAQ
What happens when a duck gets tagged?
Tagged ducks are eliminated from the round. The round continues until only one duck remains untagged, and that player is declared the winner.
Do better accessories make you harder to catch?
No — accessories are purely cosmetic and have no effect on speed or any other gameplay stat. Every duck performs the same regardless of what it is wearing.
Can I get accessories without spending Bread?
Yes, through the trading system. You can offer accessories you already own and swap them with another player for ones you want, without spending any Bread at all.
What devices can I play on?
Duck Duck supports PC, mobile, tablet, and console.
