Crafting and Classes
- Crafting Bench - Classes - New tools like shovel - New weekly bundles
Survive 7 Days In Desert drops you alone in a scorching desert with nothing but palm trees and a river nearby. Your job is to chop wood, build shelter, purify water, and hold on until Day 7, when a camel arrives to carry you out.
The desert heat starts hurting you immediately, so shade is your first priority. Chop palm trees to collect the basic materials you need, then turn those materials into a canopy — a simple overhead cover that blocks direct sunlight. Once you have that breathing room, keep building until you have a full hut to sleep in safely at night. Finishing the hut before dark is the entire goal of Day 1.
There is a river, and its water will kill you if you drink it unpurified. The game even has a badge for doing exactly that, and the developers describe the outcome as going 'about as well as you'd expect.' Light a fire, heat the river water over it, and collect the result in your jug. Keeping that jug full of clean water is what keeps you alive.

The game's only win condition is surviving all seven days. On Day 7 the camel returns and the desert lets you go.
A few bad habits show up again and again in early runs. The good news is that each one is completely preventable once you have seen it.
| Drinking raw water | purify it first, every time, no exceptions. |
| Skipping the canopy | build shade before exploring. |
| Delaying the hut | a canopy alone will not protect you once night falls. |
A camel arrives and carries you out of the desert, ending the game.
You can, but it goes badly. The developers describe the result as going 'about as well as you'd expect,' which means it causes you harm. Always run the water over a fire before drinking.
Start with the canopy to get out of the direct sun, then push straight toward a finished hut before nightfall.
Not yet — the developers describe it as a work in progress. If you run into bugs, report them to the team.
