OverviewFind the Brainrot is a Roblox exploration game where you search a map for hidden characters called brainrots — there are currently 596 of them scattered across the world. This guide covers how to start finding them, how to search more effectively, and how to push through the tougher milestones.

In short
Your one goal is to find every brainrot on the map and fill in your index.
Brainrots are small characters hidden all over the map. When you find one, it gets logged in your index automatically — you can check the index at any time to see how many you have found and how many are left. The game also has challenges you can tackle solo or with friends, and completing them earns you rewards.

The first brainrot you find unlocks a badge and proves the system is working. Completing your index and tackling challenges with friends are the core activities the game is built around.

Seasonal sets and long-term milestones

In short
Finishing a seasonal area earns an exclusive badge you cannot get any other way.
Beyond the Overworld, five seasonal areas each hold their own complete set of brainrots to find. Clearing any one of them earns a badge that is explicitly exclusive to that event. For total count, milestone badges give you targets to aim for at regular intervals across the full journey.

Common questions
FAQIf I find a brainrot and then leave the game, do I keep it?
Yes. Once a brainrot is found, it is recorded in your index permanently. You do not need to find it again.
Why does finding brainrots feel harder after I hit 100?
The game's own milestone badges acknowledge this directly — reaching 100 is described as a great achievement, with a note that things get more complicated from that point on.
