My Small Business is a tycoon game where you run your own online shop, handling everything from drawing product designs to packing boxes and shipping orders. Your shop starts out bedroom-sized and can grow all the way to warehouse scale.

The basic order loop

Step

In short Every order follows the same five steps, and getting comfortable with them is the foundation of everything else in the game.

Each time a customer places an order, you work through a fixed sequence before the package ships.

Draw a design create an original design that becomes the basis of your product.
Print and cut run the design through the printer and cut it into its final shape.
Check the order read what the customer actually wants before you start packing.
Pack the box fill it with the right packaging, a thank-you card, and any goodies the order calls for.
Ship the package send the finished box off to complete the delivery.

Check

In short Earning First Masterpiece and First Delivery in your opening session confirms you understand the whole order loop.

The game's badges double as a progress checklist. The two earliest ones cover the design step and the shipping step, so hitting them back to back means you have run through the full loop at least once.

Draw your first design to unlock First Masterpiece.
Complete your first delivery to unlock First Delivery.
Unlock the Craft Studio to earn Moving Out this is the first major shop upgrade.
Work toward a five-star shop rating to earn Five-Star Shop.

Expanding your shop over time

In short Unlocking the Craft Studio is the first big milestone on the road from bedroom shop to full warehouse.

Your business starts small, but upgrades open up new space and help you handle more orders.

Unlock the Craft Studio this is the first major expansion milestone and opens the door to further upgrades.
Hire workers employees take on tasks so you can handle a higher volume of orders.
Scale to a warehouse continue upgrading until your brand reaches full warehouse size.

Offline earnings and co-op play

In short Whether you play solo or with friends, you are earning coins even when the game is closed.

Two features make growing your shop easier: passive offline income and co-op support for up to six people in one room.

Offline coins	your business keeps earning coins while you are logged out, so check your total each time you return.
Co-op cap	up to six players can join the same shop at once.
Co-op benefit	friends can split the printing and packing work, which helps a lot when orders pile up.

Do I earn coins when the game is closed?

Yes, your business keeps generating coins while you are offline. When you log back in, the coins you accumulated will be waiting for you.

Can I play with friends?

You can invite friends to your shop, and up to six players can be in the same room at once. Having extra hands for printing and packing makes it much easier to keep up with a rush of orders.

What should I do first?

Draw your first design and then complete your first delivery — those two actions earn you the First Masterpiece and First Delivery badges and walk you through every step of the order loop.

How do I unlock the Craft Studio?

The Craft Studio unlocks as you upgrade your business past its starting bedroom size.
