First steps when you join
StepWhen you spawn in, you start from a safe zone along with the other players. Use that window before the round heats up to scout the map. Get a feel for moving and jumping so your fingers are ready when someone comes for you.
- Scout the high ground find elevated spots early because they make you harder to reach.
- Practice jumping chain jumps across the map until the motion feels natural.
- Note your spawn remember where the safe zone sits so you can orient yourself each round.
Staying uncaught as a runner
TipsOnce the round is live and you are not the tagger, your only job is to last as long as possible. Running in a straight line is the easiest thing for a tagger to read, so break your path constantly. Height helps too — reaching elevated sections of the map forces the tagger to take longer routes to reach you.
- Cut around corners and obstacles instead of sprinting in straight lines.
- Climb to high ground whenever a tagger is closing in on your level.
- Use powers for defensive escapes and movement.
- If you get tagged right away, treat that round as a chance to observe how other runners move.
The power system
TableYou start with a limited set of abilities, but continued play unlocks more. Every power you earn can support either faster movement or defensive escapes, so knowing which to reach for in the moment matters a lot.
| Early play | limited powers, so lean on map knowledge to survive. |
| Continued play | new powers unlock, giving you more options each round. |
| Defensive use | powers that create distance or block a tagger's path. |
| Movement use | powers that let you cross the map faster when you need to reposition. |
When you keep getting caught
CheckGetting tagged immediately is completely normal when you are starting out.
- You get caught in the same spot every round find a new route that avoids that area entirely.
- Your movement feels awkward spend a round just running and jumping without worrying about the tagger.
- A power is not helping re-examine what that power actually does and when the right moment to use it is.
Redeem codes
