How the game works
SummaryAnime Tower is an obby — an obstacle course you climb from bottom to top. Other players are on the same tower at the same time, and their characters can interfere with yours. Clearing a stage unlocks an anime-inspired character with its own troll ability. The goal every run is to reach the very top.
- Obby format you move upward through a course full of jumps and tight platforms
- PvP twist other players can use abilities to knock you back or slow you down
- Character unlock finish a stage to gain a new character with a new ability
- Respawn if you fall, you restart from a checkpoint, not the very beginning
- Top of the tower reaching it is the goal every single run
Getting started
StepWhen you first load in, you have a starter character ready to go. Watch players who are ahead of you to pick up movement tricks faster.
- Learn the layout run the course a few times without worrying about fighting back
- Try your ability once you are comfortable moving, use your troll skill to see what it does and how far it reaches
- Watch other players follow someone who keeps making it further than you and copy their path
- Unlock the next character clear the stage to open up a new ability and experiment again
Climbing without falling
TipsThe tower has narrow paths, big jumps, and drop zones that send you back a long way.
- Build up speed before a long jump instead of leaping from a standstill
- Memorize where the worst drop zones are so you can slow down before reaching them
- Keep track of where nearby players are — their abilities have a range, and staying outside it keeps you safe
- Use walls to gain extra height on jumps where the gap seems too wide
Character abilities and how to use them
TableEach character you unlock has a different troll ability. They fall into a few broad categories.
| Blast | hits a wide area at once |
| Push | knocks a player sideways or off a ledge |
| Trap | stops a target from moving |
| Teleport | moves you quickly |
When you keep getting stuck
CheckHitting the same obstacle over and over is frustrating, but there are a few things worth checking before you give up on a spot.
- Switched to a different character to see if another ability changes your options at that spot
- Adjusted your run-up distance and jump angle instead of repeating the exact same approach
- Watched another player successfully clear the section to see what they did differently
Joining the group for special characters
WarnThe game offers special characters to players who join its Roblox group.

Common questions
FAQHow do I unlock new characters?
Clear a tower stage and a new anime character becomes available to you. Each one has its own troll ability, so working through multiple stages gives you more options for how you play.
What do I do when I keep falling at the same spot?
Try adjusting your run-up length and jump angle first. If that does not help, switch to a different character — some abilities can get you through spots that feel impossible with your current one. Watching another player clear it is also a fast way to spot what you are missing.
How do I handle players who keep hitting me with abilities?
Learn roughly how far each ability type reaches and try to stay outside that range. You can also use your own troll ability to push them back before they get close enough to hit you.
Do I need to spend Robux to enjoy the game?
The tower stages and their character unlocks do not require spending Robux. Special characters are tied to joining the group, but the core climbing and troll gameplay is available without any purchases.
