Core rules and how a round works
StepAt the start of each round the potato lands in one player's hands. It ticks toward explosion, so the only safe move is to pass it to someone else as quickly as you can. Any player still holding the potato when it explodes is out. This repeats until only one person is left standing, and that player wins the round.
- Receive the potato the game hands it to you at the start or another player passes it your way.
- Pass it immediately find a nearby player and hand it off before the timer runs out.
- Stay alive if the potato explodes while you are holding it, you are eliminated.
- Outlast everyone be the last player remaining when the round ends to claim the win.
Earning cash and levelling up
TipsCash is the in-game currency you collect just by playing. You earn it each time you pass the potato to another player, and levelling up also rewards you with cash. Because rounds are very short, you can rack up a lot of passes and a lot of cash in a short session. Everything in the shop — skins and effects — can be unlocked with cash you earn for free.
- Pass the potato each round to earn cash.
- Levelling up also earns you cash.
- Spend cash on skins to change how your character looks, or on effects to add flair to your actions.
- No spending real money is required — cash from normal play unlocks the full cosmetic collection.
