Core rules of every match

Summary
In short Every match is a race to 5 points, and you earn them by jumping into the enemy goal.

Each match is a straight 1v1. You score a point by jumping into your opponent's goal, and the first player to reach 5 points wins. Your slapper is your main tool for creating that opportunity — hitting your opponent knocks them out of the way temporarily, giving you a window to make your run. Rounds are short, so you can jump straight back in after a loss.

  • Slap knocks your opponent away and creates a scoring window
  • Jump into the goal awards 1 point when you reach it
  • Dodge lets you avoid an incoming slap and keep moving
  • Powerups appear around the map and boost your abilities for a limited time
  • Win condition 5 points before your opponent does

Reading your opponent mid-match

Tips
In short Watching what your opponent is about to do is more valuable than pure reaction speed.

Your opponent is also trying to slap, dodge, and score, which means their movements telegraph what they plan to do next. If you can predict a slap coming, a well-timed dodge puts you ahead of them rather than behind. Mixing up your own routes makes it harder for them to do the same to you.

Tips worth knowing
  • Watch for your opponent winding up a slap, then dodge early rather than late
  • After landing a slap, move immediately toward the goal before your opponent recovers
  • Vary the path you take to the goal so your opponent cannot cut you off consistently
  • Grab powerups quickly when they appear, but do not over-commit if your opponent is closer
  • When you are behind on points, stay patient and focus on one point at a time rather than rushing

Slappers and powerups

Table
In short Different slappers suit different playstyles, and powerups shift the advantage temporarily, so experimenting with both is worthwhile.

The game includes multiple slappers to unlock, and each one has its own characteristics. Powerups are separate from your slapper — they appear on the map during a match and give you a temporary boost when you pick them up. Basic slappers are available without spending anything, and additional ones can be unlocked through normal play.
