About

Overview

Sumo Wrestling Simulator is a Roblox game where you eat to grow bigger, train to get stronger, and fight challengers to climb through new worlds. This guide covers the core loop, how to train all three stats, how pets and merging work, and what to do when you keep losing.

The core loop every beginner needs to know

Step
In short Eating, training, and fighting in rotation is the entire engine of progress in this game.

Everything in this game runs on three actions that feed into each other. You eat to grow your body, you train to build strength, and then you fight. Winning fights lets you push into new worlds, which opens more opponents and training spots. Then you go back and repeat the cycle at a higher level.

  1. Eat visit the eating screen to grow your body size.
  2. Train use the training stations to raise your stats before you challenge anyone.
  3. Fight take on a challenger to earn wins and measure how far your training has taken you.
  4. Hatch eggs grab eggs and hatch them to get pets that give you a bonus in fights.
  5. Unlock worlds as you beat challengers, new worlds open up with harder opponents and more facilities.

Three stats to train and the milestones ahead

Table
In short Arm Strength, Leg Strength, and Mass each have the same milestone targets, so spread your training evenly across all three.

Each stat has badges at the same six thresholds. Use this table to see where you are and what comes next — hitting 30 in a stat is the first real checkpoint for each one.

Using the dojo stations effectively

Tips
In short Hitting every training station, not just your favourite, is the fastest way to build a complete sumo.

The game has multiple training facilities, and there is actually a badge for using all of them. Sticking to one station will hold back whichever stats the others cover.

Tips worth knowing
  • Use every training station at least once — the Aficionado badge confirms you have hit them all.
  • When a new dojo opens up, try it.
04

Pets, eggs, and the merge system

Summary
In short Hatching eggs and merging duplicate pets is the main way to grow your combat bonus outside of direct training.

Pets give you a bonus in fights. You get them by hatching eggs, and you make them stronger by merging two of the same pet together. Higher-tier pets give bigger bonuses, so merging is worth doing whenever you have duplicates.

  • Eggs hatch them to receive a pet with a fight bonus
  • Merge combine two identical pets to evolve them into a stronger form
  • Evolved pets give a larger combat bonus than their base versions
05

What to check when you keep losing

Check
In short Most losing streaks come down to one of three things being underdeveloped — body size, strength stats, or pets.

Before you challenge the same opponent again, run through this list.

  • Is your body size roughly equal to or larger than the challenger you are facing?
  • Have you trained Arm Strength, Leg Strength, and Mass evenly, or is one of them far behind?
  • Have you used every training station, including any that recently unlocked?
  • Is the pet you are bringing to the fight the strongest one you currently own?
06

Challenger progression and worlds

Step
In short Beating all the challengers in a world unlocks the next one, so clearing each stage fully is how you grow your options.

The game organises opponents into worlds. Your first target is the challengers in World 1, and clearing every one of them opens what comes after. The badge for beating the first challenger is a natural first goal, and the Stage Complete badge marks when a full world is done.

  1. First fight take on the weakest challenger available to earn the first win badge and get a feel for combat.
  2. World 1 clear defeat every challenger in the starting world to unlock the Stage Complete badge and the content beyond it.
  3. New world access each world you unlock brings harder opponents but also new training facilities to use.
  4. Difficulty check if a challenger beats you repeatedly, go train more rather than retrying at the same power level.
  5. Repeat once a world is cleared, the new one becomes your next milestone and the loop continues.
07

Premium and free-to-play options

Table
In short The only mechanical difference between premium and free play is a 25% workout gain boost, so free players can reach every goal by training longer.

If you are deciding whether to spend Robux, this is the full picture of what changes and what does not.

08

Redeem codes

Tips
In short Each code works only once per account, so enter it carefully before you confirm.

The developers release codes that give in-game rewards. There is a code entry screen inside the game where you type them in. As of October 24, 2026, two working codes are available — this page lists them live above the article.

Tips worth knowing
  • Find the code input screen inside the game before you try to redeem anything.
  • Each code can only be used once on your account, so double-check what you typed before hitting confirm.
  • Codes can expire, so redeem them as soon as you find them rather than saving them for later.

Common questions

FAQ

What should I do the very first time I play?

Eat to grow your body, then visit the training stations to raise your stats, and then challenge your first opponent. That three-step cycle is the whole game — you just repeat it at a higher level each time.

Do I need to spend Robux to finish the game?

No. Premium membership adds 25% to your workout gain. Redeem codes are available to all players.

How do I make my pets stronger?

Hatch eggs to get pets, then merge two of the same pet together to evolve them. Evolved pets give a bigger combat bonus, so merging duplicates is always worth doing when you have the inventory space.

I beat all the challengers in World 1 — what happens next?

Clearing every challenger in World 1 unlocks the next world, which has harder opponents and additional training facilities. Head there and continue the eat, train, and fight loop at the new difficulty.
