Getting started — picking a character and finding your footing
StepWhen you load in, your first job is to pick a morph — the character you will play as. Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and Hans are all available, along with others. Once you have a morph, head to Arendelle Castle to get your bearings, since it sits at the center of the map and is the easiest place to meet other players.
- Pick a morph choose any Frozen character from the selection screen before you do anything else.
- Try the emotes each morph has its own magical animations, so test them out right away to see what your character can do.

Locations worth visiting
CheckThe map is made up of several distinct areas, and simply visiting some of them earns you a badge. Badges like Visited the Kingdom, Elsa's Palace, Visited Ahtohallan, and Visited the Valley of the Living Rock are all tied to reaching specific locations, so exploration is never wasted time.
- Arendelle Castle the kingdom's central spot and the easiest place to find other players for roleplay.
- North Mountain the icy high ground where Elsa's palace is hidden; reaching it earns the Elsa's Palace badge.
- Oaken's Shop a trading post on the map.
- Enchanted Forest a wilder area away from the castle, good for quieter or nature-themed stories.
- Hidden icy caverns tucked away in the map; exploring thoroughly is the only way to find them.
- Ahtohallan and the Valley of the Living Rock dedicated badge locations, so make sure you reach both.
Making the most of emotes and powers
TipsEmotes and powers are your main tools for roleplay. Use them to express your character's personality, react to other players, and build scenes together.
- String emotes together with other players to act out a conversation or a story beat without saying a word in chat.
- If you are hosting a ball or a kingdom event, use grander emotes to set the tone for everyone in the server.
