Choosing your role at the start
StepWhen you first load in, you customize your avatar before you do anything else. After that, you choose whether you want to play as a gymnast or as a coach, and the game walks you through the basics from there.
- Customize your avatar change your outfit and colors to whatever you like before moving on.
- Pick a role choose gymnast if you want to train and compete, or coach if you want to guide other players.
- Follow the tutorial each role gets its own introduction to the controls, so don't skip it.
The four gymnastics events
CheckThe game has four events: Bars, Vault, Beam, and Floor. Try each one before you decide where to put most of your effort.
- Bars tests grip strength and upper-body control.
- Vault requires good timing and jumping ability to clear the box cleanly.
- Beam balance and concentration matter here.
- Floor built around jumps and rotations on the mat.
- Academy joining the Gymnastics Academy gives you more chances to pick up new skills across all four events.
Preparing for and entering competitions
StepCompetitions are held regularly inside the game. Before you enter, build a routine out of moves you can land reliably. The more contests you enter, the more comfortable the format becomes.
- Build your routine string together moves you already know well.
- Rehearse the full run repeat the same sequence until it feels automatic.
Playing as a coach
TipsWhen you take the coach role, you direct other players through their training and can lead a team into competitions.
- Start beginners on basic movements before introducing anything complex.
- Encourage students when they fail.
- Schedule regular team practice sessions.
- Run focused training sessions before a contest.
- Learn each student's strongest event.
- You can take on as many students as you like — there is no cap on the coaching role.
Organizing events and shows
TipsBeyond competitions, you can organize your own gymnastics-themed shows and events.
- Announce the event early so other players have time to prepare.
- Put together a lineup with several performers so the show has variety.
- Use themed costumes to give the event a distinct atmosphere.
- Let the audience vote for their favorite performance.

Common questions
FAQCan I team up with friends?
Yes, multiple players can form a team. Teams can enter competitions together and run shared practice sessions.
Do I need to know anything about real gymnastics to enjoy this?
Not at all. The Academy and available coaches teach you everything from the ground up. You can also focus purely on the roleplay side and still get a lot out of the game.
Why do I keep losing competitions?
Build your routine around skills you can land consistently, and consider asking a different coach for a fresh take on what isn't working.
