Protect The President Guide: The two roles and what each side is trying to do
About
OverviewProtect The President is a team PvP game where one side guards the president using cars and gunfire while the other side plans and executes an assault. Up to 20 players split into the two roles each round, and winning comes down to coordination rather than just shooting. This guide covers both roles, how to work with your team, and how to chase down the kill-count badges.

The two roles and what each side is trying to do
TableBefore you jump in, understand that your goal is completely different depending on which side you land on. Defenders use cars and positioning to keep the president safe, while attackers coordinate gunfire and movement to break through that protection.
| Defenders | keep the president away from attackers using cars, cover, and numbers |
| Attackers | locate the president and overwhelm the defense with coordinated strikes |
| Both sides | use vehicles both for moving fast and for physically blocking or ramming opponents |
| Both sides | combine driving and shooting, so neither role is purely one or the other |
Starting out as a defender
StepSurround the president with teammates, cut off approaching vehicles, and use your own car as a moving wall if you have to.
- Surround the president position multiple teammates around the president so no single attacker gets an easy shot
- Spot threats early watch for attacker vehicles closing in and move to block their path before they get close
- Ram incoming cars drive straight into an attacker's vehicle to knock it off course and buy your team time
- Keep shooters unobstructed let teammates who are aiming keep a clear sightline while drivers handle the blocking
Running an attack
TipsCoordination is everything on offense. A scattered attack gives defenders time to react, but pressure from several directions at once forces mistakes.
- Look for the side of the defense with the fewest players and push there first
- Split into smaller groups and hit from different directions at the same time
- Work around the back of enemy vehicles to shoot without a head-on collision
- Read how the defenders are moving and set up an ambush along the route they keep using
Kill-count badges and how to earn them
TableKills stack across matches, so every game moves you closer.
| Badge | Kills required | What it signals |
|---|---|---|
| Five Kills | 5 | You have the basics down and landed your first real hits |
| Twenty Five Kills | 25 | Your positioning and timing are becoming consistent |
| Hundred Kills | 100 | You have mastered the fundamentals of both roles |

Common questions
FAQCan I earn the kill badges playing solo?
Yes, kills accumulate across all your matches whether you queue alone or with friends.
Do kills count for both roles?
Kills stack toward the badges regardless of which team you are on during a match, so you can mix roles freely between rounds and still make progress toward Five Kills, Twenty Five Kills, and Hundred Kills.
