In short
Everything you do in Desert Bus feeds into three connected systems: MP$, medals, and decorations.
As you drive through the desert you will encounter events and pick up items along the way. MP$, the in-game currency, lets you buy items and decorations. Medals are also worth collecting because they connect to rewards. Decorations go onto your bus, so the longer you play, the more personalised your ride becomes.
