Three abilities to unlock first

Step

Every player starts with Timestop, but two more abilities sit locked behind NPC conversations.

  1. Timestop press F on PC, the TS button on mobile, or B on Xbox to freeze everything within a 50-stud radius around you.
  2. TS Movement walk up to the Jotaro NPC and say "How do i move in stopped time like you?", then pay him 100 coins. Once unlocked, press G (PC) or the TSM button (mobile) to move during your own timestop for up to 2 seconds.
  3. Carry talk to the DIO NPC and say "I want to troll people", then complete the quest he gives you. After that, walking very close to another player shows a button that lets you pick them up during your timestop.

Growing your Timestop duration

Tips

Your Timestop starts somewhere between 5 and 30 seconds and can grow over time.

Tips worth knowing
  • Never cut your Timestop short manually — only letting the meter reach the red line and end on its own increases your cap.
  • Your TS Movement window also grows, up to a 2-second ceiling, each time you survive another player's full Timestop.
  • In a private server there is no time limit on Timestop.
  • The Faster TS Gain gamepass raises how much duration you earn per Timestop from 0.1–0.3 seconds to 0.3–0.5 seconds.
  • The +50 Range gamepass adds 50 studs of Timestop radius and unlocks a settings slider so you can set your range anywhere between 50 and 100 studs.

Attacking another player tags you for 30 seconds from the moment of the attack.
Activating Timestop tags you immediately, and the tag stays on through the entire cooldown.
Being frozen in someone else's Timestop extends your tag for as long as the cooldown is locked.

  2. Use the closet once inside, a closet in the room can hide you from players who also enter.
  3. Watch for movement weapons like Strong Knife or Grapple can shove Coco Jumbo around the map; if it moves, everyone inside exits at the new location.
  4. Exit the room look up at the ceiling and activate the prompt that appears.
07

Codes and how to enter them

Tips

The game has a code-redemption screen where you type codes for coins and other rewards. Spelling and capitalisation must be exact.

Tips worth knowing
  • Codes are case-sensitive — a single wrong capital letter means no reward.
  • Most codes are retired roughly one week after the update they came with.

Common questions

FAQ

How do I make my Timestop last longer?

Let your Timestop meter run all the way down to the red line every single time — cutting it short manually does not count. Each time it ends naturally, your cap increases.

What is the easiest quest to start with?

Jotaro's first quest asks you to survive for 600 seconds outside safezones, which you can do by hiding in a quiet corner of the map. The reward is the Star Platinum Knife.

I already bought gamepasses on the old version of the game — do I need to buy them again?

No. The game automatically grants your rewards if you bought them from the old place. The old place ID is 5736881589.

Is the Reverse Knife still available?

The Reverse Knife was a limited item given out during the April Fools 2024 event and is no longer obtainable through normal play. Players who got it during the event can still use it.

Does Coco Jumbo's room keep me safe from other players?

No — the room is not a safezone, so other players can enter and attack you inside it. The closet inside offers a hiding spot.
