Lexington & Concord — Choosing your class
About
OverviewLexington & Concord is a Roblox PvP game built around historical American conflicts, starting with the Revolutionary War and expanding into the War of 1812. You pick one of four classes and fight for either the American or British side across a range of maps. This guide covers how to choose a class, fight effectively, and work with your team to win rounds.

Choosing your class
TableEvery player picks one of four classes before a round begins. Each class plays a distinct role, so your choice shapes how you contribute to the team. The tutorial specifically recommends Infantry or Officer for new players.
| Infantry | the main combat class, armed with a musket and a bayonet for close quarters |
| Officer | a balanced class suited to beginners, similar in practice to Infantry |
| Sapper | a close-range fighter whose axe deals 50 damage per hit; can also build dirt piles, stakes, and barricades to protect the team |
| Physician (Medic) | heals injured teammates for 35 health using bandages, but cannot heal themselves |
Shooting and staying alive
StepClick anywhere on screen to raise your weapon, aim at an enemy, then click again to fire. Bullets travel across distance rather than landing instantly, so aim slightly ahead of a moving target. After firing, reload immediately by pressing R or clicking, and get behind something solid while the reload animation plays.
- Lead the target aim a little in front of a moving enemy rather than directly at them
- Reload immediately press R or click right after firing
- Get to cover you are completely vulnerable during the reload, so move behind a rock, wall, or building
- Dodge incoming fire walk left and right unpredictably, sprint backward, or spin; do not stand still while someone has a gun on you
- Avoid water and high drops stepping into waist-deep water kills you instantly, and falling from a building or cliff is fatal after a short delay
Melee combat basics
TipsMelee follows a directional arrow on screen that shows which way your weapon will swing. Swinging left or right produces a sweep attack that can clip multiple enemies at once. You can block with right-click, but taking too many hits while blocking temporarily disables it.
- Follow the swing arrow or your attack will miss its intended angle
- A sweep attack — swinging left or right — can hit several enemies standing close together
- Blocking breaks after you absorb too many hits, leaving you exposed for a short time
- The Sapper's axe deals 50 damage per hit, compared to 33.33 for other melee weapons — do not try to fight Sappers up close
- Shoot Sappers from a distance rather than engaging them in melee
Team tactics that change rounds
CheckCheck the player list regularly — it shows who is alive on both sides and what class your teammates are playing.
- Aim for enemy legs when you can a leg shot has a 40% chance of dropping them into an injured state where they cannot fight back
- Hunt the enemy Physician first a team with no medic cannot recover anyone
- Watch the player list to track surviving enemies and identify what classes are left on each side
- When five or fewer players remain on a team, those players are highlighted in their team color even through walls use this to track the last survivors
- If your side is being overrun, fall back and hold a defensive position; reinforcements can arrive around the four-minute mark
Playing as Physician
TipsThe Physician carries up to three bandages at once and passively regenerates them over time. To heal a teammate, click on them with the bandages active — a short animation plays, the target glows yellow, and they must accept the heal before it takes effect. Each successful heal restores 35 health.
- You can carry a maximum of three bandages, and they refill automatically over time
- The player being healed must accept it — glowing yellow means the prompt is waiting on them
- After being healed, a teammate will show a bandage on their left arm
- You cannot heal yourself
Rules you must follow
WarnThe game publishes its rules directly on its Roblox page. Breaking them risks a ban, and creating a new account to get around a ban is itself a separate offense.

Common questions
FAQWhat is the best class for a complete beginner?
Infantry or Officer are both recommended for new players because they are straightforward to use.
How do bandages work for the Physician?
You carry up to three bandages, which refill automatically over time. Click on a teammate to start the healing animation — they glow yellow and need to accept it, after which they recover 35 health. You cannot use bandages on yourself.
What happens if I walk into water or fall off a high ledge?
Waist-deep water kills you instantly. A fall from a building, cliff, or other high point makes your character scream and grab their leg, then die after a few seconds.
