About

Overview

Fluffy Infection drops you into an abandoned construction site inside a mountain where two sides clash: Humans trying to survive, and KRYMZONIX trying to wipe them out. This guide covers both roles, the shop, secrets worth hunting, and a few things to know before you spend any Robux.

The two sides and what they do

Table
In short Your goal is completely different depending on which side you land on, so check your role before you move.

Every round you are assigned to one of two sides. Knowing your objective immediately is the difference between playing well and running in the wrong direction.

Shop items versus game passes

Warn
In short Free shop items vanish when you die, but game pass items stay with you permanently — and nothing can be refunded.

Before you spend anything, understand the difference between these two item types. A free shop pick-up is only good for the life you are currently living. Die once and it is gone. A game pass item, bought with Robux, stays on your account no matter how many times you are taken down. Either way, all purchases are final and there are no refunds, so read what you are buying before you confirm.

Worth watching out for
Shop items disappear the moment you are killed grab them again next life if you need them
Game pass items are permanent and carry over across every session
No refunds are given under any circumstances, so take your time before buying

  1. Pet emote type /e pet in chat
  2. Lean emote type /e lean in chat
  3. Pose emote type /e pose1 in chat

Secrets and badges worth chasing

Tips
In short The map hides multiple secrets that each reward a badge, so thorough exploration pays off.

Fluffy Infection has 18 badges. Several of them are tied to things you have to go out of your way to find rather than things that happen automatically during a normal round. Here is what the badges reveal about what is hidden in the map.

Tips worth knowing
  • A red cave exists somewhere on the map — entering it earns a badge
  • At least one hidden object is buried in the map waiting to be found
  • A hidden food item is tucked away somewhere; the badge hint calls it a hidden delicacy
  • An abandoned area can be reached and unlocked as a spot you can return to freely
  • Two of the developers, catapultive and 5navv, can be encountered in-game for their own badges
  • One badge is tied to collecting an unusually high number of something — its description asks how insane you have to be to reach that count
05

Things to know before you play

Check
In short Bugs, shutdowns, and purchase rules are all officially acknowledged, so none of them should catch you off guard.

The developers have been upfront about a few rough edges. Knowing these before your first session will save you confusion later.

  • Bugs are expected the developers say so openly, so unusual behavior is not always a sign something went wrong on your end
  • A server shutdown means an update just went out your current session will end, but that is normal
  • If a shop item disappears from your inventory after dying, that is intended behavior, not a bug
  • Do not break Roblox Terms of Service the game page specifically calls this out

Glossary

Glossary
KRYMZONIX
The infected-creature side in Fluffy Infection, whose goal is to overwhelm the humans and multiply.
Game pass
A Robux purchase that gives you a permanent item, meaning it survives death and carries across every session.
Shutdown
When the servers go down mid-session, it means an update is being pushed — this is the developers' official signal for a new version.
Shop item
A free in-game pickup that lasts only for your current life and disappears when you are killed.

Common questions

FAQ

Why did my shop item disappear after I died?

That is how shop items work — they last one life only. Once you are killed the item is gone, and you need to pick it up again next life if you want it back. This is not a bug.

What does a server shutdown mean?

It means an update is being released. The developers use shutdowns to push new versions, so if your session ends unexpectedly, rejoin and you will be on the latest build.
