How a match works from start to finish
StepWhen you launch the game you land in a lobby where you choose your team and arrange your equipment before entering the battlefield. Matches are quick, so every round counts toward your scoreboard position. Playing the objective and supporting teammates matters just as much as your kill count.
- Pick your team choose which side you want to fight for in the lobby before the match starts.
- Set your loadout select the weapons and gear you have unlocked before you enter the battlefield.
- Play the objective complete the mission goals shown on screen, not just chase kills.
- Stay with your team moving with teammates gives you more chances to survive and score.
Earning Credits and Warbonds
TipsEvery match you complete gives you Credits and Warbonds, the two currencies used to unlock new weapons and gear. Daily and weekly missions pay out more than a standard match. Both currencies feed into the same weapon-unlock screen, so earning either one moves you forward.
- Play normal matches to earn Credits.
- Check the daily and weekly mission list each session so you know which goals to chase.
- Mission rewards are higher than standard match payouts.
- Once a weapon is unlocked you can swap it in from the equipment screen before any match.

Climbing the scoreboard
TipsReaching first place on the scoreboard is one of the game's main goals, and doing it ten times earns the Squad Leader badge. Kills alone are not enough — objective completion pushes your score higher and benefits the whole team.
- Play the objective and support your team to climb the scoreboard.
- Coordinate with teammates when pushing an objective.
- Each round affects your final rank.
- Reaching first place at least once earns the First Place badge; doing it ten times earns Squad Leader.
Levelling up and prestige
SummaryThe level system runs from the first match all the way to level 50, with badges marking the milestones at levels 5, 20, and 50. After that, prestige is the ongoing challenge, with badge targets at 10, 25, 50, and 100 prestiges. Collecting Tags — the count of total kills across your career — runs parallel to levelling and has its own badge track.
- Level 5 Private badge unlocked
- Level 20 Corporal badge unlocked
- Level 50 Lieutenant badge unlocked
- 100 career Tags Grunt badge unlocked

When you are stuck or losing too often
CheckBefore blaming bad luck, run through this checklist after a rough match.
- Make sure you have equipped a weapon you have already unlocked.
- Look at the mission objective screen if you have been ignoring it, you are leaving score on the table every match.
- Consider the map layout before pushing; wide-open battlefields favour long-range weapons, while tighter ones favour faster-firing guns.
