Private servers and saving your progress

Check
In short Running a private server is the only way to save your shelter and continue where you left off.

Builds are saved in private servers, so if you want your work to carry over to the next session, you need to host one. The private server host panel sits in the top-left corner of the screen.

  • Open the host panel in the top-left corner of the screen.
  • Invite the same friends back to the same private server to continue building on your existing shelter.
