Getting started with the tutorial
StepWhen you load into Gym League for the first time, the game walks you through its core systems. Pay attention here — it shows you which exercises train which muscle groups and how the controls work. Once that is done, you are ready to start training in the starting gym at your own pace. You can check each muscle group's progress from the character screen at any time.
- Complete the tutorial read each prompt carefully so you understand which exercises target which muscles.
- Open the character screen look at each muscle group individually to see your starting level.
- Begin training in the starter gym there is no rush; build a feel for the controls before thinking about unlocks.
- Find the feedback menu the in-game feedback button sits in the top-right corner of the screen, and you can report bugs from there whenever you spot one.

Training all muscle groups evenly
TipsMixing up your exercises also means you hit muscles from different angles.
- Train chest, arms, legs, and back in rotation rather than hammering a single group every session.
- Check the unlock requirements for the next gym so you know which muscle groups are lagging behind.
- Switch up your exercises regularly — different movements hit the same muscle from different angles.
- Use correct form on every rep; the game's realistic physics reward proper movement with better muscle growth.
- Once multiple gyms are unlocked, rotate between them to access a wider range of exercises.
Competition strategy
TableCompetitions in Gym League judge more than raw size — balance across muscle groups and muscle definition also factor into the scoring. Before entering, compare your character against your opponents and spot where you fall short. Entering early competitions is worth doing even if you lose, because the experience and rewards help you grow faster.
| Size-focused opponents | raise your total muscle mass across all groups to match or exceed their overall volume. |
| Balance-focused opponents | identify your weakest muscle group and bring it up to the level of your strongest ones. |
| Definition-focused opponents | increase the variety of exercises you use and the total volume of your training sessions. |
| Early-round competitions | enter as soon as you are eligible to earn rewards and get comfortable with how judging works. |
Aura rerolling
SummaryAuras are special effects you equip to your character. You can reroll them to get a new random aura, and you can try multiple times to chase a more powerful one.
- Rerolling gives you a new random aura each time you use it.
- Multiple attempts you can reroll more than once to keep hunting for stronger options.
Breaking through a progress wall
CheckIf your character stops advancing, there are a handful of things to check. The unlock conditions for the next gym are a common culprit — one slow muscle group can block the whole thing.
- Confirm the unlock condition for the next gym and check whether any single muscle group is the only thing holding you back.
- Open the character screen and look for any muscle group that is noticeably lower than the rest.
- Check whether you have been repeating the same exercises swapping in different movements can restart stalled muscle growth.
- Make sure you are entering competitions regularly, since the rewards speed up overall progress.
- Try rerolling your aura if you have not done so recently.

Common questions
FAQCan I win competitions without spending any money?
Yes — every competition feature is free to access.
My muscle growth has stopped. What should I try?
Switch to exercises you have not been using, check whether one muscle group is significantly behind the others, and try rerolling your aura.
How do I unlock the next gym?
Each gym has its own unlock conditions based on your muscle levels, which can involve your total level across all groups or a specific muscle group reaching a threshold. Open the character screen to see where each group stands, then train the ones that are short of the requirement.
What should I do if I find a bug?
Use the feedback menu in the top-right corner of the game screen to report it directly to the development team. The game is still being built, so the developers actively want these reports.
