Choosing your starting role
Table
When you first load in, you pick between playing as a Guard or as an SCP. Guards explore the facility and collect keycards to push deeper into it. SCPs have their own unlock conditions — SCP-035, for example, requires you to find and put on the mask inside the facility.

Keycard ranks and how to climb them
Step
Keycards are the main progression track for Guards. You start at Level 1 and each rank up gives you a new keycard that opens deeper parts of the facility. The top of the ladder is the Omni Keycard, held by O5 Council members.
- Level 1 keycard your first card; look for a door that needs it
- Level 2 your first rank-up reward, unlocking a new keycard
- Level 3 the keycard normally carried by security personnel
- Level 4 the keycard normally issued to senior researchers
- Level 5 reach Site Director status to earn this card
- Omni Keycard the final card, granted to O5 Council members at the top of the leaderboard
SCPs in the facility
Tips
The facility is home to six SCPs right now.
- SCP-173, SCP-035, SCP-008, SCP-106, SCP-076-02, and SCP-049 are the six currently in the game
- SCP-035 can be played by any player who finds the mask and puts it on
- SCP-049 and mobile-friendly guns were added in the August 26 update
- More SCPs are coming in future updates
Hidden secrets worth hunting
Check
The facility hides many secrets, and several badges confirm that hidden things are tucked away in places easy to walk past.
- Find the Anomalous Duck it is hidden somewhere in the facility and earns you a badge when you locate it
- Reach Site Director rank to earn the Become the Site Director badge
- Top the leaderboard to become an O5 Council member and earn the corresponding badge
- Put on the SCP-035 mask to earn the Become SCP 035 badge

Glossary- SCP
- Short for Special Containment Procedures; the term for the anomalous entities contained inside the facility.
- Omni Keycard
- The highest-level keycard in the game, awarded to O5 Council members.
- O5 Council
- The top rank in the game, earned by reaching the top of the leaderboard.
- Mobile Task Force (MTF)
- An elite role unlocked by joining the SCP Projects Roblox group, which also grants access to an M4.
- Anomalous Duck
- A hidden object somewhere in the facility; finding it earns you a badge.

You need to reach the top of the in-game leaderboard.
