👻🎃HAUNTED MANSION🎃👻
Haunted Mansion is the newest map, coming soon to Project: Escape Room! Releases October 30th!
Project: Escape Room drops you into a series of unique maps and challenges you to find your way out by solving puzzles and reading the environment around you. The game is designed to be harder than most escape rooms on Roblox, so expect a real challenge. This guide covers how to start, how to think through puzzles, and how to make the most of solo and group play.
When you load in, the first thing you do is pick a difficulty. Your choice sets the map you play and the time limit you are working against. The game itself tells new players to try Beginner Mode. There are 11 maps in total with more planned.
Every map hides its clues and items somewhere in the environment. Read every message and label you come across — the puzzles are built around the information the room gives you. When you find an item, try it in different places and combine it with other things you have picked up.

You can play with up to five people in a standard session, or up to ten in a private server. In a group, different players can search different parts of the room at the same time. Playing alone means no one else's pace is pushing you.
| Solo | think without interruption and move at whatever speed suits you. |
| Group (up to 5) | split the room between players to find clues faster and catch things others miss. |
| Private server (up to 10) | run a session with a larger group of friends in your own space. |
Getting stuck is normal in a game that is openly designed to be harder than other escape rooms. Before you give up on a puzzle, run through a short checklist.
Some things are just useful to know before you sit down for a session.
The game is upfront about being harder than most Roblox escape rooms, so you should expect a genuine challenge. That said, Beginner Mode is there specifically for players without experience, and it is the right place to start.
Go back and search the entire room again, paying attention to spots you only glanced at the first time. Make sure you have tried every item you are carrying in every possible location, and reread any text clues in the room. If you are playing with others, talk through what each person has found.
Groups can search more of the room at once and share clues quickly. Solo play gives you full control over the pace and lets you think without distraction.
There are currently 11 maps, and more are on the way.
