Speed Run 4 has dozens of stages to clear. Beating the game unlocks dimensions — alternate versions of the same stages with different visuals but the same difficulty. Stars are earned by meeting specific conditions inside individual stages, and collecting enough of them unlocks extra modes such as Zombie Mode. Every stage has its own music and appearance, so you always know when you have moved somewhere new.

Death types and what they tell you

Each death type points to a specific hazard, so you know exactly what to avoid next attempt.
The game tracks how you die, and each cause has its own badge. Water, toxic waste, candy oceans, fire, and open space are all distinct hazards you will encounter across the stages.

Stars, dimensions, and unlocking Zombie Mode

In short
Chasing stars is the key to opening everything the game has to offer beyond the main stages.
Clearing stages and collecting stars are two separate goals that feed into different rewards. The order below shows how the unlock chain works.
- Clear stages finish each level to progress and to count toward the full game clear.
- Beat the game completing all stages unlocks dimensions automatically.
- Earn stars meet the specific condition in each stage to pick up its star.
- Reach the star threshold once your star total hits the required amount, forbidden levels and Zombie Mode open up.
- Explore dimensions revisit stages in their alternate visual forms after unlocking them.

Redeem codes

Use codes as soon as you get them because many expire and each code only works once per account.
The code entry box appears on the menu screen after you launch the game. Rewards apply immediately after a valid code is accepted.
Worth watching out for
Each code can only be redeemed once on your account
entering it a second time does nothing.
