Overview

Eurotunnel is a Roblox roleplay game set inside the real 31.5-mile underground railway connecting the UK and France. You pick a side — law enforcement or civilian — and act out your role. This guide covers every team, how to cross the border on either side of the law, and how to unlock all 24 badges.

Choosing your team

Table

In short Your team decides your whole experience, so pick one that matches how you want to play.

When you join, you choose between official teams and the civilian team. Official teams have ranks you can climb toward a highest possible rank, while the civilian team lets you set your own goals each session.

NHS	heal injured players as a paramedic
ChannelLink	manage and operate the railway as an engineer
Supervisor	oversee and direct border operations
Military Police	handle heavy security duties
Civilian	travel, transport goods, smuggle, or join the criminal side entirely

Tips

In short Official teams reward patience — the main long-term goal is reaching the highest rank in your chosen role.

Three of the official teams — Police, NHS, and ChannelLink — each have a top rank with its own badge waiting for players who put in the time. The Supervisor and Military Police teams round out the enforcement side of the border. If you are on the NHS, healing another player earns you the Bandage Brigade badge early on. Police officers can also earn the First Catch of the Day badge the first time they arrest a criminal, and eventually the Top Cop badge at maximum rank.

Tips worth knowing

Equip a stab vest to earn the Geared Up badge.
Working a shift on an official team while visiting France unlocks A Work Trip to Remember.
Each of the five official teams has at least one participation badge.
Rank progression targets exist for Police, NHS, and Engineer — keep playing each role to climb toward the top.

Crossing the border as a civilian

Step

In short Whether you go through legally or sneak past, a successful crossing always earns the Bon Voyage badge.

The civilian team gives you the widest range of choices. A straightforward legal crossing counts just as much as a secret smuggling run for the Bon Voyage badge — the game only cares that you made it across.

Legal crossing pass through the normal border checkpoint to complete a clean trip and grab Bon Voyage.
Blow the back gate use an explosive on the rear gate to force illegal entry and unlock Border Buster.
Use the Wrench loosen the barriers at secondary inspection to skip it entirely and earn Gut Wrenching Performance.
Smuggle an item get a hidden item through the border successfully to unlock La Grande Évasion.
Go off the grid activate the special machine at the mafia base in France to hide yourself from police and earn the Off the Grid badge.

Getting into the mafia

Step

In short The mafia path has its own chain of badges that unlock as you go deeper into criminal activity.

The criminal side of the civilian team has a progression of its own. Start by interacting with the boom box at the mafia base, then work your way up to urgent delivery missions. Placing in the global top five earns a rare badge.

Interact with the boom box head to the mafia base and use it to unlock Criminal Records.
Join the family complete the step that triggers Welcome to the Family and Criminal Beginnings.
Start a delivery begin an urgent mafia delivery mission to unlock Bling It On.
Finish fast complete an urgent delivery and, if you are among the five quickest players worldwide, earn Border Line Famous.

In short Breaking these rules can get you removed from the server, so take them seriously before you start.

The game enforces a short list of conduct rules for all teams. Staff members are in-game to enforce them, and the full details are in the community communications.

Worth watching out for

Do not misuse your power using your team's authority to bully or harass other players is against the rules.

Use common sense keep your actions within the spirit of the roleplay.

No AFK grinding leaving your character running while you are away to collect benefits is not allowed.

Listen to staff if a staff member speaks to you, stop and hear them out calmly.

Is playing as a criminal against the rules?

No. Smuggling, blowing the gate, and joining the mafia are all built-in parts of the game. Getting arrested is even designed as an in-game event with its own badge. The rules only cover conduct like misusing power or AFK grinding, not the criminal roleplay itself.

How do I rank up on an official team?
