Death Order: Simon Says drops you into a prison with no memory of how you got there, and a stranger named Simon giving you orders. You survive by following only the orders Simon phrases correctly — get it wrong once and you're out. This guide covers the core rule, how to read Simon's commands under pressure, the different round types you'll face, and what to aim for with badges.
In shortEvery round comes down to a single test: did Simon say 'Simon Says' before that order?
The whole game is built on a classic playground rule with a horror coat of paint. Simon issues a stream of orders, and you must only act on the ones he introduces with 'Simon Says.' Any order that arrives without that phrase is a trap. Act on a trap and you are immediately eliminated from that round. The last player still standing wins.
Phrase check 'Simon Says' at the start means do it
In shortEach chaos event plays completely differently, so switching gears fast is just as important as knowing the Simon Says rule.
Rounds don't all look the same. The game throws a wide range of chaos events at players, and each one demands a different skill. Obstacle course rounds ask you to move quickly through a track. Timing rounds like Split Second put you head-to-head with one other player and reward whoever stops the clock closest. Hide-and-seek and killer rounds flip the objective entirely. Party-style rounds like Musical Chairs and Pass the Bomb force snap decisions. Horror rounds like The Chamber and Gas Cell are about escaping or dodging. Whatever round you land in, read the situation before you act.
Tips worth knowing
Obby races — complete the obstacle course
Split Second — stop the clock closer than your opponent to win the table
Hide and seek / The Killer — hide from or hunt down other players
Musical Chairs and Pass the Bomb — move and decide faster than everyone else
The Chamber and Gas Cell — survive the hazard
Duels and Murder Royale — compete directly against other players

In shortSlowing down your reaction by half a second is almost always better than moving too fast.
Simon's orders come quickly, and the pace is designed to make you slip. The most common mistake is reacting to the action word before you have confirmed whether 'Simon Says' came before it. Building a small mental pause into every command is the habit that separates players who last to the end from those who drop early.
Tips worth knowing
Pause before every action and confirm the opening phrase first
Watch the text and listen to the audio at the same time
Never copy another player's movement — make your own call
Play a few rounds just to get used to Simon's pacing before worrying about winning

Controls and settings
Check
In shortDialling in your controls before you compete means one fewer thing working against you.
The full control scheme is available inside Settings. You can adjust the mobile HUD layout, remap PC keybinds, and change controller binds. If nothing suits you out of the box, you can clear everything and rebuild the layout from scratch.
Open Settings to find the Mobile HUD Editor, PC Keybinds, and Controller Binds
Rebind any control that feels awkward, or wipe all binds and start fresh

ROBLOX DEATH ORDER: SIMON SAYS...
ROBLOX Death Order: Simon Says FUNNY MOMENTS (MEMES) ⚠️
In shortStarting with the straightforward badges and building toward the harder ones is the fastest way to measure your progress.
There are 21 official badges in the game. The earliest ones unlock just by showing up and playing — Welcome to Death Order triggers on your first join. After that, Day One through Day 5 and the Lifer badge reward you for surviving across multiple sessions. Competitive badges push you further: reach the final three players for Finalist, win without losing a life for Untouchable, or win the redemption trial for Owed Nothing. Some badges are tied to specific round types, so you will pick them up naturally as you meet different chaos events.
Tips worth knowing
Welcome to Death Order — just join the game once
First Win — win your first match
Finalist — reach the final three players alive
Day One through Lifer — survive across five days for the full set
Obby Champion — finish an obby round completely
Perfect Timing — beat your opponent at a Split Second table
Untouchable — win a full match without losing a single life
Owed Nothing — win the redemption trial
First Escape — make it out for the first time

What happens after you are eliminated
Check
In shortElimination ends your run in that round, not your time in the game.
Getting eliminated means you are out for the current round, but you return to the lobby and can join the next one straight away. There is no permanent penalty. Because this is a multiplayer game, there will be other players in the lobby with you — rounds are not something you play through alone.
Wait for the next round to start, then rejoin
Each new round is a clean slate

Redeem codes and reporting bugs
Tips
In shortThe game is still growing, so grab codes while they are active and flag anything broken so it gets fixed.
The game distributes redeem codes from time to time, and each code can only be used once per account. Codes expire, so enter any you find without waiting. The game launched recently and the developers acknowledge bugs are present. If something behaves strangely during a round, report it in the community server so the team can address it.
Tips worth knowing
Each redeem code works once per account and expires — use them immediately
Check the codes section on this page for working codes
Report bugs in the community server with as much detail as you can
