OverviewBoulder Buddies is a Roblox co-op game where you and a partner step into a pair machine, transform into boulders connected by a single rope, and work together to reach the end of each course.

Getting into the game
Step
Boulder Buddies does not work solo. You must enter the pair machine together with a friend, after which both of you transform into boulders and are tied together by a rope. Only then can you pick a checkpoint and start moving.
- Enter the pair machine both of you walk into it together to trigger the boulder transformation.
- Select a checkpoint choose the course or stage you want to attempt before movement begins.
- Start moving once a checkpoint is selected, use your controls to roll through the course toward the end.

- A device in the game lobby that two players enter together, turning both of them into rope-connected boulders.
- Checkpoint
- A selectable course or stage that a pair works through after leaving the pair machine.
- Mobile joystick
- An on-screen touch control that appears for players on phones or tablets, replacing the keyboard.
