Work at a Pizza Place is a team-based job simulation on Roblox where players fill different roles โ cashier, cook, pizza boxer, delivery, supplier, or manager โ to keep orders flowing and earn coins. Those coins go toward upgrading your house and buying furniture. This guide covers how each job works, how the pay system rewards good workers, and how to get more done whether you're playing solo or with friends.
In shortEvery job depends on the others, so a weak link anywhere slows the whole team down.
There are six jobs to choose from, and they form a chain. If cashiers aren't taking orders, cooks have nothing to cook. If cooks aren't cooking, boxers and delivery drivers have nothing to move. Understanding where you fit in that chain helps you decide which job to take on any given session.
Cashier
talks to customers at the front door or drive-thru and sends their orders to the kitchen
Cook
prepares pizzas and Fizzlys from those orders and sends them to the boxing room
Pizza Boxer
packs finished pizzas into boxes for delivery
Delivery
takes boxed orders out to customers
Supplier
keeps the kitchen stocked so cooks can keep working
Manager
oversees everyone, can give bonuses, name an Employee of the Day, and discipline players who aren't pulling their weight
In shortYour star rating directly controls how much of each paycheck you actually receive, so staying active and avoiding mistakes is worth real coins.
Each paycheck is scaled by a star rating that reflects how well you have been working. Burning pizzas, closing empty boxes, and similar mistakes will cost you stars even if you are not deliberately causing trouble. Players who go on break without having worked at all receive no pay at all.
3 starsใ100% of the paycheck
2 starsใ80% of the paycheck
1 starใ30% of the paycheck
0 starsใno pay, and the manager can fire you from the server without a vote

Maze of Terror!
Complete the Maze of Terror to earn the 2026 Halloween Trophy
In shortA few habits in the kitchen dramatically cut wasted time and wasted ingredients.
The cook role is the most complex job in the pizza place and the one most vulnerable to trolling or simple mistakes. Building good habits early makes a big difference to the whole team's output.
Tips worth knowing
Pre-bake batches of cheese pizzas and add toppings after they come out of the oven so you can fill multiple orders faster
Leave oven doors open while you are loading pizzas to cut down on back-and-forth time
Keep some Fizzlys near the conveyor so drink orders don't slow you down
Reheat cold pizzas rather than throwing them away to conserve ingredients
Add a layer of cheese before reheating โ the visible white cheese strands signal to others that the pizza is not done yet, which stops teammates from pulling it out too early
Never set pizzas on the floor; bugs will get on them and the pizza must be thrown away immediately

Cashier: two ways customers order
Step
In shortKnowing the difference between regular and advanced customer mode โ and how player orders work โ lets you handle the register without turning anyone away.
Customers arrive either through the front door or the drive-thru and wait until you start a conversation with them. Pressing E or tapping the question-mark bubble opens the dialog. What happens next depends on which mode the server is using.
Regular modeall three dialog responses are correct, but customers take longer to decide
Advanced modeonly two of the options are wrong; read the customer's text carefully and press the matching button on the register, because a wrong choice sends them away
Intercept trickmeeting customers at the parking lot lets you start the dialog early so the order is ready the moment they reach the register, though finishing before they arrive can sometimes cause a bug that requires relogging
Player orderswhen a real player comes to the register they get a pop-up menu showing the three pizzas and Fizzly, each costing 100 coins; confirm their choice in chat, then the order goes through the normal cooking and boxing process
06
Becoming and surviving as manager
Check
In shortThe manager role carries real power but also real responsibility, and the rest of the server can remove you if you misuse it.
Sit in the office chair in the Manager's Office to claim the role while it is vacant. Once you are manager, eight players voting against you โ by stepping on the button in the closet next to the office โ is enough to remove you. You can also step on that button yourself or simply leave the game.
Give bonuses and the Employee of the Day title to workers who have genuinely earned them, not to whoever asks loudest
Use the vote-to-kick option for disruptive players; reserve direct firing (no vote needed) for players sitting at 0 stars
Treat workers wellthe likelihood of being voted out drops when the team feels respected
Avoid entering another player's house while managing; doing so triggers a prompt to give up the role

Spending your coins: house upgrades and The Dump
Tips
In shortCoins earned from work go toward personalizing your house, and The Dump offers a secondary market for discounted items.
Once you have coins, you can visit your house and buy furniture to customize it however you like. The game also has a building called The Dump where you can buy and sell discounted items. Going on break by entering any player's house lets you explore, attend parties at Party Island, or just take a breather โ you just won't earn pay while you're off the clock.
Tips worth knowing
You can buy and place furniture in your house using coins earned from working
The Dump lets you sell items you no longer want or pick up discounted ones
Party Island is available for hosting get-togethers during your break time
08
Getting more out of team play
Warn
In shortSolo play is possible but the job chain breaks down without enough people in each role, so balancing the team makes everyone richer.
Because the jobs are interdependent, gaps in the lineup hurt everyone's paycheck. If you notice orders are backing up, check which role nobody is filling before switching jobs yourself.
Worth watching out for
A server with no cashier leaves cooks with nothing to do
If you are new to cooking, step on the neon yellow tutorial button near the cook station before taking live orders

Common questions
FAQ
How do I know what to do in a job I've never tried?
Step on the neon yellow tutorial button next to that job's workstation. It walks you through the basics before you start taking real orders.
Why did my stars drop even though I wasn't trolling?
Certain honest mistakes โ letting pizzas burn, closing empty boxes, and similar errors โ reduce your star rating just like deliberate trolling does.
Can the manager fire me without anyone else voting?
Yes, but only if you are caught at 0 stars. In all other cases, removing a player requires a vote that the whole server participates in.
