Getting into your first heist

Everything starts from the PLAY button, which drops you into a list of public heists or lets you launch your own.
When you join the game, the first thing you need to do is hit the PLAY button. From there you can browse public heists that other players have already started, or you can create your own if you want to play with a specific group of friends. Once you are inside a heist, you can check the controls at any time without leaving.
- Open the menu hit the PLAY button as soon as you join.
- Pick a public heist choose one from the list that other players have started.
- Start your own use the same screen to launch a private heist for your group.
- Check controls press TAB on keyboard, SELECT on controller, or the gear icon on mobile to see all controls during a heist.

How a heist unfolds

Every heist runs through two clear phases: planning with your crew, then executing the job and reaching the escape point.
Heists are big coordinated jobs — things like robbing a bank or stealing jewels. Before the action starts, your team discusses which gear to bring and which routes to take. Then the mission goes live and your crew works toward the objective, whether that is grabbing cash or a specific item. Once the target is secured, you need to reach the escape point to count the run as a success.

- Approach move toward the objective using stealth or direct combat, whichever your team decided.
- Objective steal the money, item, or whatever the heist requires.

Stealth vs. loud — choosing your approach

Stealth rewards patience with bigger bonuses, while going loud demands strong coordination and firepower from your whole team.
Notoriety lets your crew pick between staying undetected or fighting through openly. Stealth means moving quietly past guards and cameras without triggering an alarm. Going loud means using heavy weapons to push through whatever the game throws at you. Both approaches work, but they require different gear and different habits from every player on the team.

Roblox Premium cosmetics

In short
Premium unlocks exclusive cosmetics that change how you look but have no effect on how your character performs.
Players with Roblox Premium get an exclusive suit, armor, and mask inside Notoriety. None of these items touch your damage output, defense, or any other stat — they are purely visual. You can clear every heist at every difficulty without a Premium subscription.
Tips worth knowing
- Roblox Premium members receive an exclusive suit, armor skin, and mask.
- These are cosmetic only and do not affect combat performance in any way.
- Non-Premium players are at no gameplay disadvantage whatsoever.
- New cosmetics are also added to the scrap shop through updates.

Common questions
FAQCan I play without Roblox Premium?
Yes. Roblox Premium gives you a unique suit, armor, and mask, but those are cosmetic only. Every heist and every difficulty is fully available to free players, and there is no performance gap between Premium and non-Premium accounts.
How do I check my controls during a heist?
Press TAB if you are on keyboard, SELECT if you are on a controller, or tap the gear icon if you are on mobile. You can do this at any point while you are inside a heist.
What is The Moon heist?
The Moon is a heist added in the Version 3.19 update, released as an April Fools event, where the objective is to steal the moon itself. The same update also added the Urutau Secondary SMG and new cosmetics in the scrap shop.
