Ninja Tycoon puts you in charge of a ninja base you build from scratch every session, using parkour moves to reach facilities and earn money. This guide covers the controls, how to grow your tycoon, the Ryo shop, raid bosses, and the no-save rule that shapes every run.
In shortDash, double jump, and wall climbing let you reach facilities and resources that are inaccessible with basic movement alone.
The three ninja actions are how you reach a large part of the map.
Tips worth knowing
Dash on flat ground to move quickly between facilities
Double jump to reach platforms above you
Jump into a vertical wall to climb straight up
05
The no-save rule
Warn
In shortEvery facility, weapon, and upgrade you earn disappears when the session ends.
The game was built this way on purpose. When you leave, your tycoon and all your weapons reset completely. This is not a bug.
Worth watching out for
Leaving the game wipes your entire tycoonthis is intended design, not a glitch
Weapons are also lost at the end of a session
06
The Ryo shop and what you can buy
Check
In shortSeveral powerful items are purchased from the Ryo shop, and the badges they award must be kept in your inventory or the items stop working.
The Ryo shop sells a range of abilities and items. Buying one grants you a badge that the game checks to confirm you own the item. If you delete that badge from your Roblox inventory, the item will no longer function, so leave every shop badge alone after you earn it.

Common questions
FAQ
Why did my entire tycoon disappear when I rejoined?
Ninja Tycoon does not save your progress between sessions — the developers built it that way on purpose. Everything resets when you leave, so each session is a fresh run from the beginning.
I bought something from the Ryo shop but it stopped working. What happened?
Each Ryo shop purchase gives you a badge in your Roblox inventory, and the game checks for that badge to confirm you own the item. If you deleted the badge, the item will not function. Keep all shop and drop badges in your inventory at all times.
How do I reach high platforms on the map?
Use wall climbing — jump directly into a vertical surface and you will start scaling it.
