First steps in the Starter Area

Step

In short Your first goal is to blow gum for coins, spend those coins on upgrades and eggs, and let your pets start earning for you automatically.

Every player begins in the Starter Area, which holds the first Gum Store, the first Sell Area, and the earliest eggs. Coins are scattered across the ground here, so grab them as you go. A giant trampoline in the center of the area can launch you upward toward the Floating Island once you are ready to move on.

Blow bubble gum do this repeatedly to collect coins, which are your starting currency.
Visit the Gum Store buy Gums, Flavors, or Faces to increase how large your bubbles can grow.
Buy an egg the Common Egg costs 150 coins and is the cheapest way to hatch your first pet.
Use the trampoline once you have built up some pets, jump from the trampoline to reach the Floating Island and unlock new content.

Gums versus Flavors: what each one actually does

In short If your bubble fills up immediately, buy a new Gum to raise your capacity; if blowing feels slow, upgrade your Flavor to increase how much each blow adds.

Gums and Flavors are both sold in the Gum Store, but they do different things. Faces, added in Update 27, work exactly like Flavors and also boost the bubbles you get. Check the current shop display for prices before you buy.

Gum	controls the total capacity of your bubble; upgrade this when your bubble fills up instantly.
Flavor	controls how much each blow adds to your bubble; upgrade this when blowing feels too slow.
Face	works identically to a Flavor, boosting the bubbles you get per blow.
Sell Area	standing here gives you unlimited gum capacity, but you cannot explore other zones while standing there.

Eggs available from the start

In short The five purchasable eggs in the Starter Area range from cheap common hatches to expensive premium ones, and each requires a different currency.

Check the currency icon next to each price before you buy — some eggs cost coins and others cost gems or Robux.

How pets work: equipping, leveling, and enchanting

Tips

In short Owning a pet does nothing until you equip it, and upgrading its level and enchant are the main ways to make it stronger over time.

Each pet has a bubble stat, a coin stat, and a gem stat; pets from later worlds add extra currency stats on top of those. By default you can equip up to five pets at once, and any currency you pick up gives experience to all currently equipped pets. If multiple equipped pets are already at max level, the experience those slots receive is wasted.

Tips worth knowing

Equip every pet you want to benefit from — holding a pet in your inventory without equipping it does nothing.
Pets level up automatically as you collect currency, reaching a maximum of level 25 where their stats are double what they were at level 1.
Normal pets must reach level 25 before they can be enchanted; shiny pets can be enchanted at any level.
A single pet can be enchanted up to 50 times, and the Max Pet Enchant potion instantly brings any pet to enchant level 40.
Combining 10 copies of the same regular pet creates a shiny version with twice the stats, though it needs five times as much experience to level up.
Mythic pets have a 1 in 200 chance of hatching from eggs added after Update 49, and only apply to Legendary pets — they carry a 1.5x stat boost over the base pet.

Reaching higher islands

In short Always check your bubble size right before you jump — selling just before a trampoline run leaves you with nothing to fly on.

The islands above the Starter Area unlock progressively. The Floating Island is your first target, reached via the central trampoline. From there you can work toward Space, the Twilight, the Skylands, the Void, Zen, and XP Island.

Check your bubble do not sell right before a jump attempt; you need a full bubble to get height.
Use the trampoline stand on it in the center of the Starter Area and let it launch you upward toward the Floating Island.

Badges that reward you along the way

Summary

In short Early bubble-blowing badges hand out timed boosts that stack well with the weekend bonus, so it is worth pushing toward them deliberately.

Badges are awarded automatically when you hit a milestone, and most of them give a timed boost or a potion you can use right away.

Daily challenges and minigame rewards

Tips

In short Completing a daily challenge every day adds up quickly, especially when the reward matches something you were already planning to do.

A new challenge unlocks each day, and the rewards range from pet enchants to timed luck and hatch-speed boosts. Spin to Win resets every 12 hours, so you can use it twice a day if your timing is right.

Tips worth knowing

Spin to Win is available every 12 hours and can award bonuses like 2x Luck, 2x Hatch Speed, 3x Shiny Chances, or pet level and enchant upgrades — all for a single spin.
Doggy Jump rewards potions and boosts based on your score, so the further you get, the better the prize.
Opening 3,000 eggs unlocks access to the dedicated minigame area inside the Starter Area.
The +1 Pet Level and +1 Pet Enchant potions are both available through Daily Challenges and Spin to Win.
The Traveling Merchant on Fridays and Saturdays also stocks the +1 Pet Level potion, the Max Pet Level potion, and the Max Pet Enchant potion.

Glossary

Bubble Gum: The action you repeatedly perform to earn coins; upgrading your gum lets it grow larger and earn more per blow.
Gems: A secondary currency used for certain eggs and upgrades, separate from coins.
Hatch Speed: How quickly an egg opens; doubled every Friday through Sunday starting and ending at 12 AM PST.
Luck: A stat that improves your chances of getting rarer pets from eggs; also doubled on the weekend bonus days.
Enchant: An upgrade applied to a pet that increases its effectiveness; normal pets must reach level 25 before they can be enchanted, while shiny pets can be enchanted at any level.
Sell Area: A spot in each world where you convert collected currency into spendable resources; standing here grants unlimited gum capacity.
Starter Area: The first zone every player enters, also called the Overworld; it contains the Gum Store, the first eggs, and portals to all unlocked Earth Islands.

Secret Item: A pet or hat that does not appear in its egg or box index and is known for being extremely rare.
Bubble Pass: A seasonal reward pass where progressing through slots earns you potions, pets, and other items.
K, M, B: Shorthand for large numbers: 1K is 1,000, 1M is one million, and 1B is one billion.

Common questions

FAQ

What is the minigame area and how do I reach it?

The minigame area is inside the Starter Area but requires opening 3,000 eggs to unlock. Once you are in, you can play games like Spin to Win, Doggy Jump, and others for bonus rewards on top of your regular progress.

My bubble fills up instantly. What should I do?

Head to the Sell Area to convert your bubble into coins, then go to the Gum Store and buy a Gum with higher capacity. Upgrading Flavors only increases how fast you fill up — it does not raise the cap, so you need a better Gum to hold more.

I hatched a pet but I am not seeing any effect. Why?

A pet must be equipped to do anything — simply owning it in your inventory has no effect. Open the pet menu, check your equip slots, and place the pet into one of them.

I have coins but I cannot buy a certain egg. What is wrong?

Some eggs cost gems rather than coins, and others cost Robux. Check the icon next to the price in the shop to see which currency is needed before spending anything.

Can I get the Rumble Studios YouTube subscriber perks?

Yes — subscribe to the Rumble Studios YouTube channel and then enter the channel ID into the Benefits tab in the game. Doing so unlocks an exclusive pet, 250 inventory slots, a special title, and 12 hours of luck and hatch speed boosts.
