Controls you need to know before you start

Pulse RP works on PC, Xbox, and mobile, so the same actions are available no matter what device you play on.
- Move around WASD or the arrow keys
- Interact with objects press E
- Equip or remove an item press Q
- Use an emote press V, then pick a number from 1 through 9
Trials and the tears currency
Summary
Trials are timed challenges spread across different locations. Every trial hands out tears for completion, with bigger rewards for beating stricter time limits. Bronze is the baseline for finishing at all; Silver, Gold, and Aquamarine each require a faster run.
- Mountain Run Trial Bronze finish the course, earn 500 tears
- Mountain Run Trial Silver finish under 2 minutes 20 seconds, earn 1000 tears
- Mountain Run Trial Gold finish under 1 minute 10 seconds, earn 1500 tears
- Mountain Run Trial Aquamarine finish under 50 seconds, earn 2000 tears
- Blamisle Trial Aquamarine finish under 1 minute 10 seconds, earn the BLAMO reward
- The Forests Cavern Aquamarine finish under 1 minute 35 seconds, earn 10,000 tears

Making the most of emotes in roleplay
Tips
Press V and then a number between 1 and 9 to trigger different actions, and swap gear with Q to match the scene you are playing out.

Glossary- Tears
- The currency you earn by completing trials, with higher amounts awarded for faster runs.
- Trial
- A timed challenge course that awards tears and badges depending on how quickly you finish.
- Emote
- A character animation triggered by pressing V followed by a number key from 1 to 9.
- Catalog
- The grid of customization items in the character menu, displayed in either a 3x3 or 4x4 layout.
- Aquamarine tier
- The fastest time bracket for each trial, which carries the largest tear reward.
- BLAMO
- A special reward given for completing the Blamisle Trial at Aquamarine tier.
