Getting started in your tycoon
Step
When you first load in, you choose one of the ten tycoons and that is the princess you will play for the session. You purchase droppers that generate cash, and when you have enough cash you can unlock different weapons of your chosen princess and unlock the princess outfit. The objective is to unlock all weapons and the princess outfit inside your tycoon.
- Pick a tycoon choose any of the ten available; each one has a different set of gear inside.
- Buy droppers spend cash on droppers that generate more cash.
- Unlock gear spend accumulated cash on weapons and the princess outfit.
- Join The Tycoon Squad group you receive 2,500 starting cash as a bonus.
Choosing the right tycoon
TableAll ten tycoons are the same two-story square building in different colors, but the gear inside each one is completely different. That gear is what separates a strong tycoon from a weak one. Cotton is widely regarded as beginner-friendly because near-one-shot weapons appear on the first floor and the Fast Potion on the second floor arrives early enough to matter.

The Fast Potion and speed management
TipsThe Fast Potion is found in the Cotton tycoon on the second floor and costs 3,500 cash. When activated it makes you move faster than most other players, which is a real advantage in combat. However, many items in the game can cancel the speed boost, so you need to know which ones are safe to use.
- A soft cancel lets you instantly reapply the Fast Potion — examples include Friday's Ghost Sword and Spirit's Pogo Stick.
- A hard cancel stops you from reapplying until you first use a different item — examples include the Gamepass Rainbow Carpet and Moon's Golden Carpet.
- To reset a hard cancel, use one of these items: Glitter's Bear Claws, Spring's Double Sword Punch, or Friday's Ghost Sword.
- Items not mentioned in the cancel lists do not cancel your speed at all.
- The Fast Potion pairs especially well with the Sword of Swords speed glitch from Spring tycoon, pushing your movement to its fastest.
Sword of Swords — the E-ability technique
StepThe Sword of Swords is found in the Spring tycoon on the first floor for 1,500 cash. Its E ability normally makes you spin and fire blades in all directions, but when your camera is locked forward the blades fire in a single dense stream. The Q ability stops your movement for a while and does little damage. Carrying five copies lets you swap between them while earlier ones are still on cooldown.
- Lock your camera either turn on Shift Lock Switch in settings and press Shift, or switch to first-person mode.
- Press E instead of spinning in place, you will fire a dense stream of blades forward.
- Aim at your target get as close as possible, since the blades are densest near you when they spawn.
- Combine with the Fast Potion the speed potion and this glitch bring you to the fastest you can continuously move.
- Carry five swords swapping between them keeps at least one ready while the others cool down.
Speed glitch after the October 2025 patch
WarnThe original speed glitch that used only the Sword of Swords was patched on October 22, 2025 and now works only at a specific angle, far slower than before. A new method has since been found that involves two weapons. You need the Sword of Swords from Spring tycoon and either the Sword of the Sea from Jade tycoon or the Fang of Anansi from Moon tycoon. The Fang of Anansi version moves roughly two to three times faster than the Sword of the Sea version.
