About

Overview

Survive the End of Roblox puts you in a city being torn apart by disasters, and your job is to make it through each round alive. This guide covers how rounds work, how to earn Risk, what the shop offers, how to escape, and how to collect all 14 badges.

How a round works

Step
In short Every round follows the same arc — explore and earn Risk, survive the disasters, then escape before the flood finishes everyone off.

When you join, you spawn somewhere in Roblox City with zero Risk. The Bloxy Beats radio announces the news, then disasters start hitting one after another. Near the end, a plane arrives at the airport and a helicopter heads to Roblox HQ. After those leave, a tsunami floods the city, then the flood rises until the round ends.

  1. Earn Risk stand in disaster-affected areas to earn 3 Risk per second, or stay under cover for 1 per second.
  2. Spend Risk at the shop buy healing items or useful tools between disasters.
  3. Reach the escape point get to the airport for the plane or to Roblox HQ for the helicopter when the announcements say they are close.

Risk and the shop

Table
In short Knowing which items heal and which just entertain lets you spend Risk where it matters most.

Risk is the only currency in the game. You earn it automatically while a disaster is active — faster if you are exposed to it, slower if you have shelter. Spend it at the shop in town.

Exposed to disaster3 Risk per second
Under cover or using an Umbrella1 Risk per second
Parachuteprevents fall damage on landing
Umbrellablocks Acid Rain damage and still earns Risk at the covered rate
Pizzaheals 5 health (also found at Venny's Pizzeria)
Tacoheals 10 health
Cheeseburgerheals 20 health
Bloxy Colaincreases movement speed
Speed Coilboosts walk speed while equipped
Gravity Coilalters gravity while equipped
03

Disasters and what they do to you

Tips
In short Each disaster has a safe response — knowing it in advance saves you from scrambling when the announcement hits.

Disasters are announced by Bloxy Beats before they land, giving you a few seconds to react.

Tips worth knowing
  • Tornado: it forms near the farm and tears through the city; an EF5 is the largest possible and will throw you violently.
  • Blizzard: staying in corners or small rooms indoors keeps you safe; the Bloxy Beats message specifically recommends it.
  • Hurricane: do not shelter underground during this one — the Bloxy Beats warning states that sea levels rise.
  • Acid Rain: use an Umbrella to stay safe outside and keep farming Risk, or find any roofed building.
  • Meteor shower: stay away from tall buildings and find shelter, since meteors hit structures as well as open ground.
  • Tsunami then Flood: the tsunami sweeps the coast and then the flood rises to drown the whole city — this is always the final sequence before the round resets.
04

The two escape routes

Check
In short You must board the plane or helicopter before they leave — missing both means the flood kills you and the round ends without a survival.

Once the meteor shower ends, Bloxy Beats announces that the plane is approaching the airport and a helicopter is heading to Roblox HQ. The plane stays for about sixty seconds before departing. The helicopter lands at one of several spots on or around Roblox HQ. A sinkhole splits the city, so if you are on the wrong side for the plane, head for the helicopter instead.

  • Airport plane has 11 seats total; sit down before the countdown hits zero or you are removed.
  • Roblox HQ helicopter listen to Bloxy Beats for which landing spot it uses: the street outside, the fourth-floor balcony, the ninth-floor balcony, or the roof.
  • If you miss both escapes the flood rises and surviving it without a vehicle does not count as a round win.
  • Flood fallback reaching the top of the Lighthouse or going out of bounds can keep you alive until the round ends, but neither awards a survival.
05

Collecting all 14 badges

Tips
In short Go for Survivor! first, then deliberately let specific disasters hit you to collect the remaining badges over several rounds.

Most badges unlock when a disaster injures or kills you, so chasing them on purpose is a valid strategy. A few require active effort.

Tips worth knowing
  • Survivor! — reach the end of a full round alive and escape on the plane or helicopter; dying at any point or missing both exits voids it.
  • Finger of God — you need an EF5 tornado to spawn, which is random; keep playing until one appears.
  • Thunderstruck — stand outside during a thunderstorm until lightning strikes you.
  • Blazed and Melted — walk into fire or lava; volcano lava and the sinkhole lava both count for Melted.
  • Frozen — stay outside without shelter during the blizzard.
  • Toxic — go near the Power Plant when it explodes.
  • Drowned — let the flood water kill you; drowning in the water underground or at the beach during a hurricane also works.
  • Swashed — let the tsunami sweep you away; if it pushes you underground you can earn both Swashed and Drowned in one go.
  • Plane Escape and Helicopter Rescue — board each vehicle at least once; these need two separate rounds.
06

Fall damage and survival habits

Warn
In short Small mistakes like dropping off a roof or stepping on an acidic part chip away at health faster than most players expect.

Fall damage is live in this game and scales with how far you drop. Combined with disaster damage, your health can drop quickly.

Worth watching out for
Use the Parachute when jumping from height any significant drop without it will hurt you.
Avoid green-tinted parts after Acid Rain they deal damage on touch and are easy to brush against while running.
The Goala Cola decreases health and causes uncontrolled movement for three seconds.
07

Exploring the city safely

Tips
In short Learning the map layout before disasters strike is the fastest way to improve your survival rate.

The city is large and has hidden easter eggs according to the Bloxy Beats opening message. Cars are available at RoMotors behind the shop and around the map. The no-disasters version of the game lets you explore without pressure.

Tips worth knowing
  • Cars spawn at RoMotors behind the shop and at other spots around the map.
  • The Airport has a hidden ventilation crawlspace in the Blox! Co store with an NPC inside.
  • The no-disasters version is linked from the game page.

Common questions

FAQ

Why didn't I get the Survivor! badge even though I lived through all the disasters?

You also need to escape on the plane or the helicopter — surviving the disasters alone is not enough. If you miss both vehicles, the flood ends the round without crediting you with a survival.

Can I earn Risk while hiding indoors?

Yes, but at a slower rate of 1 per second instead of 3 per second. Standing in the area directly affected by the disaster gives the faster rate.

The plane left without me — what do I do?

Head to Roblox HQ and wait for the helicopter. Listen to Bloxy Beats for which floor or entrance it lands on, since it varies each round.

Is there a way to practice without disasters killing me?

The developer provides a separate no-disasters version of the game, linked from the main game page.

Does this game have flashing lights?

Yes. The game page explicitly states it contains flashing lights and is not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
